Excelente opción muy cerca de los puntos turísticos caminando a unas cuadras, cerca de restaurantes, cumple fielmente con la descripción. Regresaría sin dudarlo!! y lo mejor es que es PetFriendly

Nuestra estancia en casa de Pola fue excelente, la descripción es exacta, la casa es de estilo mexicano, lindamente decorada con artesanías, amplia, muy bien equipada , no es una casa nueva, como ella misma lo indica, pero bien mantenida, cómoda y agradable. La alberca es un plus, mis nietos y sus papás también la disfrutaron muchísimo, el agua a una temperatura agradable. La mesa de billar fue un entretenimiento familiar genial. La casa no se encuentra en el centro de San Miguel de Allende sino en una colonia tranquila y bonita a cinco minutos en coche del centro y muy cerca de centros comerciales. Pola es una persona accesible, agradable, amigable y con muy buenas recomendaciones para disfrutar al máximo unos días de vacaciones. ¡Ampliamente recomendado!

Excelente lugar para descansar y disfrutar de la alberca. Carla y Silvano son excelentes personas y muy amables y serviciales. Con gusto me vuelvo a hospedar ahí, es perfecto no se necesitas más!

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We used the pool just about every day. If you're looking for a quiet area of town, this is not it. The church bells start early! Explosive fireworks (assuming it's a Holy Week tradition, and not always present) were loud and even startling at times, but didn't go past 10 PM. If you're looking for a walkable area and a home that feels both historic and cozy, this is the perfect choice. Good restaurants were within walking distance, like Mestiza and Cafe Rama. El Manantial was perfect for tacos and margaritas! Loved the park and the plaza for local culture and the diverse bird population. We enjoyed Isabel's tortilla soup, but mostly ate out. I loved my mornings in the library. Loved City Market and wish we'd gone earlier in the week to stock up on more items for the week. If you are lucky enough to stay here, enjoy! SMA is a beautiful place, and it's the ideal spot from which to enjoy the lively city.

The place is beautiful and the type of place I would love to call home. The only downside is that it's a 20 minute walk to Centro but there are plenty of great places to eat on the way. The City Market is also only a 5 minute walk away and a great place to stock up on supplies. Book it! you won't be sorry.

Cecilia’s place was very nice. We were there for my Son’s wedding. It was in a great location for everything. We really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean. The rooms were very large and had multiple outside spaces. The rooftop deck was awesome with beautiful views. I would definitely recommend this house for multiple families.

MaFer was an excellent host. She answered all my questions and made my experience smooth and easy. The residence is great and full of amenities. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay within a few minutes of downtown.

Los anfitriones siempre estuvieron disponibles, el fraccionamiento es muy tranquilo, la casa bastante ordenada, la alberca muy limpia. Debes de salir del fraccionamiento para pasear el perrito y que haga sus necesidades ya que si hace en las áreas verdes dentro del fraccionamiento te pueden multar. Buena ubicación, hospedaje muy recomendable.

Excelente opción, una increíble casa, todo limpio y la alberca súper cómoda, Mary y Emilio siempre estuvieron atentos y muy amables.

Ante todo destaco la comunicación proactiva de Alejandra. El depa es muy amplio y luminoso y el edificio muy tranquilo, cero ruido nocturno. Las dos habitaciones muy amplias también. Nos sorprendió para bien que tuviera 3 baños, 2 de ellos con ducha (recomendaríamos que se sustituyeran las dos salidas de ducha por unas nuevas ya que el agua salía de forma muy dispersa). Habían armarios suficientes para guardar ropa de 4 personas para una semana. La cama King muy cómoda lo que nos alegró mucho para mejor descanso, aunque las sábanas quedaban un poco estrechas. La única pega que vimos al depa fue que la cama doble era demasiado justa para dos adultos. Creemos que la habitación tiene espacio más que suficiente para poner otra cama doble para mayor comodidad de los huéspedes. Para nosotros era un plus que aceptaran mascotas y que tuviera estacionamiento privado. Conclusión: muy recomendable!

We could not have been happier with our stay! We loved being so close to everything, so walkable to all the sights and great restaurants!! Ginger’s guide was fantastic, I must have referenced it a million times during our stay and beforehand to make reservations. I loved that the house was in an area with more local people, I felt like we had a more authentic experience then we would have at one of the larger hotels. Our two teens LOVED the rooftop pool and the entire house in general. The dumb waiter was a hit. SMA is a magical place and Ginger’s house puts it over the top!! Thank you!!

It’s a nice and comfy apartment. Closed gate community. Close to San Miguel de Allende downtown. Ananda is super responsive. Everything you need for your stay is included. I highly recommend them. Thanks for hosting us.

We really enjoyed the house. Beautiful gardens and the pool was bigger than we thought and the hot tub was fantastic. The location was terrific. Close to the cathedral but on a quiet street and within walking distance for restaurants and other events. We went out for dinner and live music almost every night within easy walking distance. Highly recommend Cafe Roma and Paprika for live music and good food. The house cleaner, Mari, and the gardeners, Fernando and Angel, were terrific and all did very good jobs. My only suggestion is that they come only once or twice a week. Mari would come every week day and it just felt like too much for us.

Escogimos esta hermosa casa para pasar año nuevo en familia en SMA y fue la mejor opción, además de espaciosa, hermosa, con estacionamiento, en zona segura y con amenidades dentro de la zona que disfrutamos ampliamente. Accesible en auto en menos de 5 minutos ya estábamos en un supermercado o en restaurantes sin necesidad de ir hasta el centro. Además tienen un servicio gratuito de transporte al centro de SMA. El equipo HOLT siempre estuvo pendiente de nuestras necesidades, sin duda volveremos!

Nuestra estancia en familia ha sido muy agradable, la casa es muy bella tal cual se muestra en las fotografías, es cómoda y está muy bien equipada. La calle es muy tranquila y cerrada por lo que hay total privacidad. Pudimos disfrutar la casa y descansar, también pasear por San Miguel ya que a tan solo 10 min caminando llegas al centro en donde hay restaurantes, tiendas, etc. la ubicación es excelente! La comunicación y el trato siempre fue amable, atento y muy servicial. Siempre que tuvimos la necesidad de comunicarnos, nos respondieron de inmediato. Eso se agradece mucho. También nos coordinaron una mañana de masajes deliciosos en casa para la familia. Excelente trabajo también de las masajistas. Muchas gracias, esperamos volver pronto a SMA y a Casa Tranquilo.

I loved my month at Peggy's place, while going to school at Academimia HIspano. Her place is gorgeous. I could walk to school in just under 10 minutes and to the beautiful central churches in under 15 minutes. The location was perfect for me.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay at Quinta Tenerias. Staff was so polite and resourceful. Location is ideal since it is within walking distance from San Miguel's iconic cathedral and the best restaurants. This will definitely not be the last time we stay at this wonderful place!

La casa es preciosa, tuvo pequeños detalles como el agua caliente en el baño de arriba, sin embargo Lola y su familia estuvieron presentes y nos ayudaron muchísimo durante la estancia, la zona era realmente cercana al centro y tuvimos todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en familia y disfrutar de la casa y la ciudad, sin duda regresaríamos!
