We had a wonderful stay in Panglao! The house is exactly as advertised—very beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking, and the bed and comforter felt like we were in a hotel—so comfy! Sherry was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. We had a minor issue with the hot water, but it was promptly fixed the next day thanks to her responsiveness. The location is also great—close to local stores and a bakery, which made it convenient for quick runs. Just a heads-up for future travelers: it’s hard to find fresh meats in the area, but that seems to be an island-wide thing. Overall, a really great experience. Highly recommended!

It was a lovely stay at Rose's place! Her assistant, Myla, took good care of us throughout our time in Davao. Our big family fit quite well in the two bedroom condo and all 6 of us slept comfortably, big help! Everything you need for your stay is present: water dispenser (life saver), toiletries, extra foam mats and sheets, lots of pillows, cutting board; the works. Each room has its own AC and there is a powerful fan for the living room, so we were all nice and comfy. Overall, it was a great experience and our family is very thankful to Rose and her team for providing all the essentials, and then some, so we could focus on enjoying our mini-vacation in this wonderful city. I was moved do a different house, that was very clean and quiet. Located inside a secured community. Tricycles always available for transportation. Responsive host. Nice pace.

The host was so kind and answered fast. The house was so cozy and cleaned. The house was little bit far from the Alona beach, but it the host let me know how to get there as pictures that it was fine. Near by the house, there were 2 good restaurants. It was around 150 peso to get to the Alona beach from the house that it was reasonable. There were enough slivers and plates that we could enjoy the meal with the family.

A perfect place for big family. It has all the things that you need. It exceeded my expectations.

Me and my wife stayed at Divina's townhome. Everything was as described. It was very very quiet, great for sleeping. Fast internet and nice tv. Everything was supplied ! Everything ! All we had to do was buy our food. Cold AC and a very large bed which is important to me, I am 6'2" tall so I really appreciated that. So great to have washer and dryer. Sari Sari store 20 seconds walk across the road from the place ! Plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables out on the main road. Pharmacy across the street and a couple places close by to buy groceries. Very comfortable place to stay ! The free motorbike was nice so we could take off whenever we wanted. A very nice experience for us, we will stay again :) Thank you Divina

I again had a great stay at Liza and Bill's place. They are wonderful, the place is great (see my previous review). The house is very spacious, very well furnished, very clean and well kept. The yard is kept spotless and the pool is cleaned at least daily. The area is very peaceful, my girlfriend was going at sunrise to walk alone without a single issue. I also discovered an extremely attractive aspect of staying there. I took a tricycle to the main market in Bohol at the central bus station. It is incredible! I bought 8 prawns a kilo! Everything fresh! Oysters, clams, lobsters, crabs, red snapper, blue snapper - catch of the day (or night, rather). Fresh meat, chicken, fruit and vegetables. And the prices are incredibly low. Let me summarize: great place, great hosts, peaceful neighborhood, and if you like to cook or grill, great and cheap everything. If you don't like to cook, there are many excellent restaurants around. And the rent is excellent, so one gets great value.

Townhouse of Tula's will be one of our top choices for staying in the Dumaguete area. The townhouse is well-maintained, well-stocked, and beautiful. Thank you so much. My wife and I were both able to work-from-home, cook-at-home, and relax with Netflix for the week we were there. I liked being in the Sibulan area, less traffic and noise versus downtown Dumaguete, but still close to restaurants and grocery shopping at City Mall's Save More. Great location and REALLY great home away from home.

The house is big and clean. The kitchen is fully equipped, and you can also do laundry. The owner and the caretaker are very responsive and accommodating. She also granted our small request to check in early since we arrived in Bohol early. Another thing we liked was that it was far from the noisy and crowded street, so you can really relax. It's also easy to access wherever you want to go, like Pangalao, Napaling Reef, and etc. We will definitely come back to this house. Thank you so much.

Ken is the best host I have ever had with an Airbnb experience. I would recommend a longer stay here for sure. Ken and Catherine are so nice and genuine. they will show you around the area and tell you what you need to know. I am so please to have booked this unit as it has developed friendships with the owners. Highly recommend this place to anyone. Do not hesitate, book this unit.

One of the most affordable place to stay in Davao City. We had a very comfortable 3 night stay.
