Accueillis très chaleureusement par les propriétaires, le logement est parfait . Grande chambre, Clim,cuisine et salle de bains indépendante. Nous étions avec des amis qui étaient dans l’autre maisonnette . Barbecue à notre disposition entre les2 maisons. L’environnement est calme .

We had an amazing stay at Sophia's House beautiful and cozy place! From the moment we arrived, David was incredibly warm and welcoming. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home—he was very hospitable and always ready to assist us whenever we had any questions or concerns. He also helped us book a tour and ensured we were with a trusted and reliable driver/guide, which made our experience even more enjoyable and stress-free. The place itself is spotless, relaxing, and truly feels like a home away from home. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. Thank you again, David and Gem! Kevin and David are a great host. Our supposed to be check in at 2:00 PM but they were kind enough to let us drop off our things and store it in a safe plus as early as 9:00 AM. David was very accommodating, he toured us to the house and informed us everthing that we need to know during our stay. The entire house is very clean, and very comfy. We all had a very good night sleep because we got everything we needed, very cool aircondition, perfectly smelled linens and towels, thick blankets, soft pillows and very comfortable bed. The swimming pool is clean and well-maintained plus, it is surrounded by fish ponds and a beautiful garden. In the veranda, we can see the very beautiful view of the seas and mountains of Dauis, no wonder that the place is called Terrace House because it does have a perfect view from the terrace. And lastly, Allen drove us to the port and was very kind and accommodating. We will surely book Terrace House unto our next Bohol trip!

Fantastic spot amount the chaos of general luna, Only downside was the ceiling fans in the outdoor area being out of action, had a couple of pedistool fans in place though. Pool was cleaned regularly and was at a perfect temperature. Aircon in the rooms was super cold and worked a treat, just what we wanted. Host helped arrange transfers to and from locations, super helpful. Would recommend, seeing other accomodation that friends were staying at, this one was a clear winner.

This is a nice villa! In the quiet part of town but still very accessible. Also very good service from all the staff. Would definitely book this again.

This location exceeded our expectations. Near our favorite dive shop, next door to one of the best restaurant and bars (Baha Ba’r), and still private enough to feel secluded. I would certainly stay here again.

Ich habe das Haus für meine Familie gebucht. Lynette antwortet extrem schnell und hat viel Hilfe von sich aus angeboten und konnte uns immer eine super Lösung bieten ( zum Beispiel Van Vermietung und Touren). Auch als wir die Unterkunft nicht mehr hatten aber noch länger auf der Insel blieben, konnten wir weiterhin noch Fahrzeuge mieten. Außerdem konnten wir mit ihr spontane Änderungen sofort abstimmen und danken ihr wirklich sehr für ihr großes Entgegenkommen. Meine Familie hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Wifi war super stabil und schnell und das karaoke singen hat Spaß gemacht. Wir würden sofort wieder buchen. Vor Ort hat sie ein tolles Team! Für große Gruppen oder Familien ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen.

It was a great experience staying at Joel’s place. Me and my family enjoyed a relaxing afternoon with a swim and singing on their karaoke. Me and my boys loved that Pool table challenge as well as our little exercise in the gym. The car to use for 500 pesos made our food and snacks shopping easy. House is perfect for a big group. It is nice and tidy. Swimming pool is cleaned every after we use them. Caretaker is very helpful and always there when we needed her. I definitely come back again. Thanks so much!

Everything was indeed true to the descriptions. We just had a little difficulty with the keyless lock device but all in all our entire stay has been so wonderful. Thank you to our super host for responding so quickly. Will totally recommend JeweLees.

Ate Bing’s place was our home for two weeks and it felt like it was our own. Ate Bing was very helpful with our queries and very responsive when we requested something for the house (very accommodating). The very vibrant personality made us feel very welcome. The house was surprisingly very big and clean that we are in awwe when we arrived. The place is good for family gatherings which is why we chose the place. The Pool area was well maintained and clean.. picture worthy especially during the night.☺️ will definitely book again for our next vacay! Thank you Ate Bing!

It was expensive but it couldn’t have been much better for the Philippines. Everything in the apartment worked perfectly and the view was nice . They even let me shorten the reservation

Jay is the perfect host everyone would like to be hosted by, friendly, knows many things about the Island so that can give you adivices for every activity and where to go for parties and to eat something. The apartment he rents is almost new, has beautiful fornitures and is very comfortable for 3 or 4 people, has a little garden with table and chairs where you can chill and have breakfast enjoying the island’s weather. It’s near many restaurants, beaches and bars so that you can walk 10 minutes to reach the heart of general luna. He also rents motorbikes at a low cost compared to the other prices with which you can explore the whole island, It’s really worth it. I really recommend this apartment if you want to relax, explore and enjoy some time in Siargao.

This is and an architecturally exciting living space with indoor and outdoor common areas all around. Everything is big and large, well furnished and well equipped and well-maintained. We photograph the whole place so that when we get back home we're going to see how many of these interior decor ideas we might adapt to our house. A totally amazing place in a gated community with greenery everywhere.

My family enjoyed our stay. Comfortable, spotless and very homey. My kids loved the place they want to come back for the next visit. As evident by Jan’s background, the technology that’s built-into the house reflects his love of technology! Almost everything is smart-driven, especially the electricity management because when you leave the house with the smart key, most power shuts down in the house, maybe except for the fridge??? - until the time that you put back the smart key in the slot it’s supposed to go back in. The a/c units in the bedrooms also didn’t cool down to the desired temperature(s) and mentioned it to Jan. The house is centrally located. It is cute and cozy for a group of 3-4 people. One thing to be aware of is that the second room and bathroom is only opened IF you rent the entire house with at least 4 people. Since there were only 3 of us, I had to pay for a 4th person so we can use the entire house. The one thing that we had to adjust and mentioned this to Jan during our stay was the supplies and toiletries. You can just Jan about it so he can explain what he does to cut the cost down.

- Nice strategic location; fenced and private - Walkable and very accessible to restaurants and other establishments - Kuya Jay Mark was very helpful and responsive; he has a motorcycle you can rent (can negotiate easily) - Complete utensils, we have everything we need - Distilled water was provided (including the refill) - Strong internet It's like home away from home. We will definitely be back and will recommend to our friends and family.

We have never rented such a well-equipped apartment or house. In this house we could cook, bake, everything was there. There was ripe fruit in the garden that was allowed to pick. We had a very pleasant time in this house and would stay there again and again.
