Studio Unit at Centrio Tower w/ Smart TV w/Netflix

Fully furnished Studio Unit in Avida Centrio. Conveniently located at the heart of Cagayan de Oro. A walking distance to Centrio Mall, Gaisano Mall Cagayan Town Center and newly opened SM CDO premier. Well designed to accomodate up two persons. It has a comfortable queen sized bed and a Smart TV with cable and internet. The bathroom has a water heater, overhead shower and bidet. We will provide fresh linens and towels and body essentials like soap, shampoo and conditioner. A home away from home!
