Hemos estado como en casa. Estaba todo muy limpio y ordenado. Completamente equipado, no hemos echado nada en falta. La zona es muy tranquila y está bien comunicada. El alojamiento es muy acogedor. Para dos o incluso tres personas es perfecto. Hay dos parkings gratuitos con varias plazas al lado de la casa. La playa está a un par de minutos andando. Stéphane ha sido muy amable desde el primer momento. Aunque no hablásemos el mismo idioma, nos entendimos bien. Es muy simpático y atento. Nos dejó un detalle de bienvenida, lo cual se valora mucho. Si en un futuro volvemos a la zona, tenemos claro dónde hospedarnos.

Logement loué en hiver, très calme car quartier très peu occupé. Plage et centre ville accessibles à pied très rapidement. Maison bien entretenue et équipée. Eric est un hôte très réactif et les échanges ont été faciles.

c'est Hélène qui a géré notre séjour avec beaucoup de sympathie, de bienveillance et de manière très professionnelle. l'appartement est très pratique et suffisamment équipé. juste un bémol pour les lits dont les matelas sont beaucoup trop fermes. Un grand merci à Hélène pour sa gentillesse.

C’est la seconde fois que nous venons, et pas la dernière. Toujours bien accueillies. Maison de plein pied, environnement calme, maison agréable. Jean-Claude et sa femme sont très accueillants et à notre écoute, flexibles, réactifs. Contact agréable.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. La maison est très bien située, l’accès à la plage se fait en 5 min à pied. La maison était extrêmement propre et nous n’avons manqué de rien.

Je recommande : un logement agréable et bien placé à Arcachon où l'on peut tout faire à pied. Excellent séjour !

We stayed at Valerie's for 2 months (mid-Jan to mid-March). It was perfect for our needs and very comfortable. Our favorite feature was the nature preserve right behind the condo. Twice a day, every day, our dogs enjoyed a 2 mile loop, off leash, on a dirt road and path, along the beach and through the berry brambles. Doggie heaven. Within a quarter mile walk are a patisserie, several restaurants and the train station. The market (which is daily, even in winter), town center, and everything you could need are within a mile. Arcachon and several supermarkets are a short drive away. Valerie was so helpful! She even upgraded the wifi when it was too slow for Zoom to work well! A life saver! The kitchen has everything you need (both a Nescafe and a drip coffee maker), the shower is roomy, and the washer and dryer work very well. We highly recommend la cabane du littoral!

Un moment de déconnexion totale dans ce cocon parfaitement rénové par Mylène et François. Que dire de leur gentillesse et de leur accueil si ce n'est qu'ils ne faut rien changer. Les prestations, la propreté, et l'accessibilité du lieu avec les plages à seulement quelques minutes sont des atouts certains pour cette adresse que l'on gardera soigneusement pour nos Weekend en amoureux. On vous donc à très vite. Ps : Plume adore les madeleines :-)

Maison très bien conçue et idéalement placée pour un séjour familial en bord de mer. L'agence a été à tout moment très réactive en personnalisant son service.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in Stéphanies Ferienhaus. Der Ort ist toll, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Der Strand und die Sonnenuntergänge haben wir so schön noch nicht in Europa gesehen. Die Kommunikation und Gastfreundschaft könnte man sich nicht besser wünschen Wir haben uns verliebt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder :)

Hôte très sympathique et très réactif, elle sera vous conseiller sur les activités, restaurants ou autres . La maison est à la hauteur de l’annonce, tout y est de qualité, de la literie au couvert en passant par les salles de bain. Vraiment très satisfait du séjour dans ce lieu calme et reposant. Je vous le conseille vivement.

Très belle maison dans beau quartier. Piscine et terrasses très agréables. Une semaine de repos dans un environnement idéal à deux pas du bassin et de l'océan. nous reviendrons !

This is a fantastic house which is beautifully designed, comfortable and well equipped. It’s spacious with lots of places to sit and hang out. The pool is large and clean. The house is in a traditional oyster port in front of a canal. We found it fascinating to observe the farmers and learned a lot when buying fresh oysters from them. It’s a pleasant 50 minute walk to Arcachon which we did several times. There is also a train that takes 4 minutes. We loved our stay and hope to come back again. Would strongly recommend staying here.

We loved this quiet and very private property. It was the perfect location - 5 minute walk to Horizon beach, 10 minutes to a well-stocked Auchon grocery store, 10-15 minutes to the daily marché and loads of restaurants and shops. Marie was a responsive, friendly and responsible host. Several light bulbs died while we were there- in a bathroom and two bedrooms- which was a bit odd but not overly problematic, and they were out to replace them within minutes. One thing that didn’t quite fit the description was that it’s not what I consider central air conditioning. There are two large wall units in the living and kitchen area, and 1 in the upstairs bedroom that cool down those spaces incredibly well. The 4 downstairs bedrooms do not have units and it got warm back there on the hottest nights. We slept with doors open to get what we could out of the AC which wasn’t ideal. It’s not a deal breaker for us, but could be improved with fans. Still, overall, an excellent stay!

Superbe endroit, la maison est dans un quartier très paisible et bien entretenu, sous les pins entre les oiseaux et la mer, ideal pour la déconnexion avec les enfants. La maison est très agréable lumineuse et bien équipée et l'hôte disponible. Tout était parfait.

Wonderful spot to stay in Arcachon! We were close to the beach but also close to the city centre where there were lots of restaurants and activities to do. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area!

Maison nichée dans un très beau coin de verdure. Propre, très joliment décorée. Fonctionnelle, équipée. À deux pas de la plage et au calme . Une très belle pièce de vie . Literie et sanitaires impeccables. François est aidant et patient, même avec des questions de l’espace 🤣. Un trop court séjour ! Merci pour tout !

Die Unterkunft sieht in der Realität besser aus, als wir es von den Fotos vermutet haben. Das Haus ist ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Das Beste aber war unsere Gastgeberin, die sehr herzlich und freundlich ist. Wir kamen eine Stunde eher als angekündigt und die Hausreinigung war noch im Gange. Dennoch wurden wir gleich eingelassen und uns ein Bier zur Begrüßung angeboten. Sollten wir nochmals in die Nähe von Biscarrosse sein, werden wir wieder diese Unterkunft buchen.

un logement très bien équipé et avec une décoration soignée. bonne literie. calme et très proche de l'océan et du centre de la station. petit moins l'immeuble est assez ancien et l usine de papeterie de Mimizan propage des odeurs assez désagréables s en fonction de la direction du vent ce qui n'enlève rien à la qualité du gîte qui est parfait. Merci a Thierry pour sa réactivité et sa gentillesse.

Voyage en famille hors saison. Le logement est très bien agencé et lumineux. Le skatepark et les petits jeux juste à côté ont permis de combler les enfants. Tout de même un peu loin de la plage pour y aller avec une poussette (hors footing), nous nous sommes rapprochés en voiture, sans problème en basse saison 🙂

Very nice house, especially if the weather allows you to stay outside. The outdoor area is much nicer than expected. The sofas are very comfortable and can accommodate quite a few people. Location is great, and both beaches are within walking distance. So is the market. We had a great stay. I just thought that beds were a wee small, and soft. I also got a little annoyed when I found out that sheets and towels were not included.
