The house was absolutely beautiful! perfectly decorated and cozy. we loved the pool and the hot tub. the couple who take care of the property were lovely. there was a little snafu upon our arrival as the date had been miscommunicated to them so they were not present when we arrived, but they came right away when they were notified and let us in the gate.

Un buen lugar para pasar un fin de semana de descanso y en familia o amigos. Lo único a mejorar es el servicio de internet de la casa! Casi no había señal, pero si tu plan es pasar un fin tranquilo y relajarte esto no es un problema.

My two sons, my husband and I, had a wonderful time at Juan's place. Our young kids enjoyed swimming, playing squash, foosball, and even played soccer in the little garden. That part of town is cooler than the rest of the city, which was nice since we had very hot days. It is also a very private and quiet area. We highly recommend it for families with children who know how to swim and enjoy pools. Enedina and her husband were helpful when we needed something and at the same time very respectful of privacy, which was nice.

Es la segunda vez que visitamos esta propiedad y nos encanta. Nuestro principal objetivo es que nuestros dos perros (grandes) disfruten del jardín (está totalmente cercado) y pueden correr libremente. Para mi esposo y yo la casa es ideal y cuenta con lo que necesitamos para pasar unos días tranquilos, relajados y en un espacio súper seguro. Sandra es una súper anfitriona, muy amable, contesta de inmediato y está muy pendiente de lo que se necesite.

My family and I had a unique experience at Tepoztlán and we couldn't have had a better place to stay. We definitely plan on coming back to this location

La casa es simplemente hermosa. Mi familia se hospedó aquí para mi boda y la disfrutó muchísimo. Carlos y Anita son super amables y todo estuvo perfecto. La casa es muy cómoda y tranquila.

Where to begin! We were a group of 10 celebrating a birthday and engagement over 4 days, and I’m not sure we could have found something more perfect. :) In addition to the stay itself, Ana coordinated one day for some exploration in nearby Cuernavaca (the state capital of Morelos), and another day for a cooking class (along with poolside hangs and massages). Her staff is incredible and accommodating (we felt absolutely pampered); the rooms are gorgeous, spacious, and relaxing; the land/space itself is jaw-droppingly gorgeous; and my only wish is that we’d stayed a little longer to continue exploring Tepotzlán. We will no doubt find a way to return someday! :) Thank you so much again, Ana and crew!!! Super atención por parte del anfitrión y los co anfitriones, disfrutamos mucho de la estadía.

Nos gusto el lugar, creo que fue muy bueno tener un rango de horario amplio para llegar sin prisa. Solo ocupamos el lugar para dormir porque teníamos un evento cerca del lugar y la ubicación fue inmejorable.

Excelente atencion por parte de Adrián y la Sra. Eva, siempre pendientes de lo que necesitabamos, muy amables ambos. La estancia tranquila, muy bonita la casa, la zona muy tranquila, sin duda volveríamos.

Our stay at this home was truly unforgettable. It’s by far the most beautiful house in the surroundings of Tepoztlán, spacious, serene, and perfect for reconnecting with friends or big families! The terrace quickly became our favorite spot peaceful, comfortable, and offering stunning views that made every moment feel special. The entire home was impeccably clean and well-maintained, making it easy to settle in and relax. What truly set this experience apart was the incredible hospitality. The team taking care of the house is beyond welcoming kind, attentive, and always ensuring everything was perfect. Their warmth made our stay even more special. It’s a really nice big property. Kitchen is beautiful the patio is amazing, with a nice view of the mountains ⛰️ bedrooms perfect with a nice bathroom each one. Pool perfect ( ask for heater $$ with a little price is worthy) at night we need and extra light 💡 and we need a NEW vine opener. Everything was fantastic. Thanks See you soon.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in Tepotzlan. The main house has 3 large bedrooms upstairs and the 4th that doubles as a library is just outside off the patio. The 5th bedroom is in the pool house and is the only one with double beds. We loved that each bedroom had its own ensuite making it convenient for our large group. A staff member met us at checkin to show us how to use the key and lock which was very helpful! We would highly recommend staying here!

Disfrutamos mucho de la casa, el jardín y la la alberca. Stephan es muy bien anfitrión y muy amable. Sandy también nos apoyó en todo y bellísima persona . Vine a pasar mi cumple con mi esposo y mis papás, básicamente solo estar relajados y tranquilos y se cumplió a la perfección. La verdad regresaríamos, tiene todo lo que buscábamos y muchos árboles y flores y a mí me encanta eso. La casa cuenta con todo por si quieres cocinar, nosotros hicimos una carne asada para mi cumple. La alberca perfecta.. no sé.. nos vamos contentos. Qué más se puede pedir!
