The cozy camp sleeps 5-6 comfortably with on-site parking for three. The camp is located on ITS 111 trails for snowmobiling and ATVing. Hunting, fishing and hiking destinations include, Baxter State Park, Gulf Hagas, and Katadin Iron Works. Water access at Knights Landing just a short distance away.

Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). 3 night minimum. Cottage is located at 32 Lake Avenue, Brownville, Maine 04414. Turn right at A.E. Roberson's convenience store in Brownville, Maine onto Church Street. Follow Church Street for 4.7 miles and turn right onto Schoodic Lake Road. Follow Schoodic Lake Road for Approx. 4 miles. Bear right after crossing the railroad tracks and 32 Lake Ave. will be on your left at our mail box.

The area offers many hiking opportunities, too, including the Appalachian Trail, Baxter Park, and Mt. Katahdin. Kayaking, fishing, and bird-watching available right from the yard, and swimming, moose tours, rafting, hunting, and snowmobiling are also nearby! The host, a state-registered Master Guide, is able to issue hunting/fishing licenses on-site (see "Other" heading).

Two bedroom second floor apartment, NO CLEANING FEE! Chalkboard wall, (with art and signatures from guests all over the world since 2018 dont forget to sign the wall) two tv’s (master bedroom and LR) with Netflix, Hulu, + access, and high speed internet! Owner occupied building. Street next to downtown, hiking trails, and snowmobile trails. We are not near a lake, no idea why airbnb did that and can not change it. We are near a river that many take kayaks and canoes out onto.

Can't promise you will see a rainbow out our window, but on a clear day, when the leaves have fallen off the trees, you can see Katahdin!
