You are welcome to explore the 33 acre property and a must see is the panoramic view from the hill. The quiet tree lined dirt road behind is a perfect walking trail. This farm is 35 mins from Adelaide and only 10 mins drive to shops or local eateries. We invite you to experience life on a working farm.

Terra Firma - 1850s Fleurieu Cottage

Take a step back in time. Built in 1850, this cottage was once occupied by the very Caffreys after whom our street is named. The cottage is structurally identical to how those European settlers would have inhabited it. The thick walls are fantastic for keeping both the summer heat and winter cold out. Workers, holiday-makers, and day-trippers have come through this place, each having left their own little mark. And hopefully, the soul of this place will make a bit of an imprint on you too.

A cute little (early 1900s) two bedroom cottage that is less than 10 minutes walk to everything Port Elliot has to offer - the Strand, the beach, bakery, 2 hotels and Lakala Reserve. Inverter air-conditioners keep the four main rooms cool in summer and warm in winter - or use the ceiling fans if you prefer! If you're looking for a home away from home Mae’s is for you. Close to the river and within walking distance to Main Street and cafes. She’s not fancy but she’s clean and recently renovated with a beautiful big gas stove and a homely feel. She is over 100 years old so the doors stick from time to time and the wooden floors may creak. The house is professionally deep cleaned after every guest. House is not suitable for small children under 5 years of age
