Even though you are less than a mile from downtown St. Charles and 4 miles to the Geneva train station you have a private area. You may see deer out your window overlooking the pool and tennis. We are five minutes away from NIU and downtown DeKalb, and also very close to supermarkets, restaurants and coffee.

This tiny house is located three walking blocks from the Village of Utica. Located on the edge of a hayfield, guests will be able to watch deer in the evening and see the chickens free range the farm. The silo is attached to the tiny house and creates a master bedroom. Kitchenette, queen bed and a bathroom give guest privacy while being close to town.
