Amazing stay! Very great place and so close to broadway. Walkable to everything. Loved it. Beautiful pool.

Felt Like Home—Clean, Quiet, and Walkable Location Check-in/out was super easy with clear instructions. The space was perfect for my boyfriend and me—cozy, quiet, and thoughtfully set up. Loved the filtered water from the fridge! We walked 10 mins to the Turnip Truck for groceries and made breakfast in the well-stocked kitchen. Coffee shop next door and a liquor store two buildings down—so convenient. The bed and linens were very comfy, blackout shades were great for naps, and the unit was peaceful—we never heard neighbors. Plenty of towels and in-unit washer/dryer were a bonus. Kitchen had basics like olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Only suggestion: replace scratched frying pans. The place was super clean, cutely decorated with a Nashville/country theme, and felt like our own little home. About a 20-min walk to Broadway, and The Gulch had lots of great spots too. We’d definitely stay again!

Amazing! Great apartment, great location,, good parking facilities, clear instructions from zach and he responded to all enquiries straightaway, so glad we didn’t book a hotel. We will stay here again if we return to Nashville and will be recommending to friends who are coming.

Really stunning apartment; the digital locks were a game changer, came for a few days for a girly road trip, really easy to get around Nashville and so nice to have a short safe walk home in the evening from the strip! Could not have picked a better location, the apartment was immaculate and really beautifully decorated with a comfy bed to match! The amenities in the condo were fabulous and it was great to laze by the pool for a few hours and there are communal BBQs too! Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Had a little issue with WiFi and Forest was super quick to sort and discuss with us! 10/10 if you are looking to go to Nashville absolutely you need to stay here!

The Hosts checked in daily to see if there was anything that was needed. It’s in a prime location, everything is in walking distance. Building and apt were very clean and secure. Look forward to staying here again!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Nashville! The host was incredibly kind and responsive, going out of their way to accommodate everything I needed. The location is unbeatable—walking distance to tons of great restaurants, bars, and grocery stores, and just a short Uber ride to downtown and Broadway. The building itself is top-notch, with amazing amenities including a great co-working space and even music studios, which was such a unique touch. Everything was clean, stylish, and super comfortable. I felt right at home and couldn’t have asked for a better spot. I’ll definitely be back!

Like others have said, Meredith’s place was immaculate and perfect! Everything was spotlessly clean. She had everything you could possibly need. The only thing I didn’t see was deodorant. It was simply amazing. Yeah, it can be noisy in the old building and yes the trains for run quite frequently, but it’s not enough to detract from this incredible apartment. I’ve stayed at countless hotels and Airbnb’s before, and this place was easily the best. We absolutely will book again the next time we finish Nashville.

Bekah’s place was super easy to find. The surrounding area was neat being right along the river and having the balcony to enjoy it. There was some construction near by, but was not an issue at all. Bekah’s place was perfect for what we came for. The walk to downtown was super easy and it wasn’t too crowded. It was a 20 minute walk. I could see how someone might be a little uncomfortable at night, if alone, but the two of us didn’t feel threatened and it was quite peaceful. It was overall a great location and nice place to stay. We would love to stay at Bekah’s place for our next visit to Nashville!

Very nice stay. Clean cute apartment that was very well stocked. Plenty of bedding, towels, kitchen utensils. Location was nice and close to everything. Would recommend!

This Airbnb was perfect! Everything was clean and the decor was super cute. The location was perfect for walking to the gulch and a short 10 min Uber ride to broadway. Linda was always quick with responding so if you ever needed anything, you would be able to easily get in touch with her. I did notice that you had to type in the door code to the actual condo twice to get it to unlock so just a heads up if you’re staying here. I would one thousand percent recommend staying here if you’re visiting Nashville!!

Nice place, clean and tidy, not too far from downtown Nashville. Well stocked with kitchen appliances, tea, coffee etc provided. Value for money.

It looked exactly like the pictures on the listing. He is very responsive to messages and helpful with recommendations. Nothing but 5 stars across the board!!!

River view and wildlife were great!

I loved this place! It was the best location it could have been, and right next to the river trail for a scenic walk into Broadway. I loved how close it was to the Sounds Stadium and the new restaurants there. Also, Liz's touches were so thoughtful! It wasn't just normal stuff, she had cotton pads that I realized I had forgotten when I arrived and nice shampoos, and made sure that since we had to start the dishwasher to check out, it was an easy pod! Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful setting, great location, close to downtown action and close to Germantown restaurants. We'd stay there again.

Tricia was friendly and communicative! Our Air BnB was in a great location - easy Uber ride to Broadway St. Everything was clean and comfortable! We enjoyed sitting out on the patio each morning and evening! I recommend this place! Thank you!

We stayed here for a girls trip - it was perfect. Place is clean and comfortable. Walkable to all the great food and shopping 12 South offers. Ubers were quick (4-5 minute wait at the most each time) and they had no trouble locating us, plus it felt safe in a friendly neighborhood. If we go back to Nashville, we will definitely stay with Louie at The Dolly again.

Highly recommend Matthew’s place! Beautiful area, nice and quiet. Everything we wanted to do in Nashville was close by and it was the perfect centralized location. The home is exactly as pictured and described. Perfect for groups of every size!

The most stunning, clean, spacious place that truly felt like home. The 6 of us girls could not believe how spotless everything was. All the linens smelt so fresh, and the beds were extremely comfortable. It was a convenient location, super close to everything about a 10-15min drive downtown and to all the popular spots. The details in the home were just above and beyond, truly had everything you could ask for and more! Also the balcony, what a vibe!! Such an unforgettable trip, thanks for a lovely stay Brody!

Terri is the consummate hostess. She is gracious, personable, and very responsive. She has a helpful, easy-to-read, information booklet for her guests with great recommendations of nearby places to visit. (We LOVED Radnor Lake State Park!) Her cottage is charming, welcoming, and beautifully furnished and decorated. Beds were clean and comfy; the kitchen well laid out and supplied. It's in a very lovely neighborhood, close to stores, restaurants, and freeway access. We loved the garden with all its flowers blooming and birds singing in the trees. A big plus was the covered patio - an inviting place for a cup of morning coffee or glass of afternoon wine. It was big enough for us to stretch out for our yoga, and so well protected that we sat out there to enjoy a rainstorm one afternoon. Delightful!

This was a great spot if you are visiting and want to be right on top the Broadway chaos. Very comfortable, beautiful home. 6-8 min drive to a lot of great spots.

Can’t say enough great things about this house! It was perfect for our family trip to celebrate our son’s 21st birthday. The game room downstairs was a huge hit! We Spent hours playing before heading to Broadway. Short 10 minute ride to Broadway and all the food delivery options had no problem finding the house. Planning to make this an annual trip and we would happily rent this house again!

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect for my friend’s bachelorette! It was super clean and felt even nicer than the photos! Everything was super clean and the host was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again!
