If you're not familiar with this area the dams failed in 2020 but there is still a ton to enjoy on the property and the surrounding area. Bay City is a larger city 10 miles to the south. The home has a large front and back deck. The home is on a main highway (603 S.Huron Rd) and is tucked away nicely behind a Billboard.
