Stayed for two nights while in town for a dog show. The fenced back yard is great. The house was as described. It is a Nicely remodeled small ranch home. It was clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything needed, including a regular and Keurig coffeemaker. The king bed was comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet. Erica was responsive, professional and friendly. Checkin and checkout were both easy. I would definitely stay here again.

A very comfortable home for our family of 5 & medium dog on vacation.

The bed was so comfortable. The room temperature was perfect. Isabella was very friendly. Appreciated her openness to have my daughter over for a visit, and being pet friendly was a bonus. I would recommend staying at her Airbnb.

Shannon was exceptionally helpful! She was quick to respond and very accommodating on super short notice. Her place was beautiful, very family friendly (I'd say she thought of everything) and definitely someplace I'd recommend to anyone visiting Midland!

Doug was very responsive as well as proactive in letting me know he would be out of town but still available. Perfect location, we came to town for an event at the fairgrounds and the property was close enough but yet far enough away to take a breather and relax in the evening. Every amenity needed is nearby!

Shannon was a great host. She was accommodating for our group. The house was as described. I appreciate the communication. While it didn’t directly impact our stay, it should be noted that there is a fraternity house right next door. I wouldn’t have mentioned it but one of the frat dudes showed up unexpectedly while we were sitting in the backyard. They were throwing a party that night and asked us to come let them know if there was a noise issue before calling the police as apparently prior guests called on them. Like I said, it didn’t impact our stay but felt future renters should know it exists. With that being said, we would totally stay here again.

We enjoyed staying at Lisa’s home with our two dogs. Everything was clean and comfortable, the backyard was great for the dogs, and Lisa was a very communicative host with clear instructions and helpful tips about the neighborhood. Would gladly stay at her rental again and recommend it to anyone traveling with dogs.

This is our second time staying. We love it here close to family and great location for us. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful cottage to stay at! My 4 teenage boys, my Dad, and myself all enjoyed it very much! The boys really liked the Recreation room and even the activities in there to bring outside and play, such as basketball and badminton. Robert and Jill were quick to respond and very friendly. The cottage was clean and had some cute little touches to welcome us. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it!

We all had a fantastic time staying at Jonnies's Airbnb home for the weekend! From start to finish everything exceeded our expectations. The communication was great, any questions we had, I would receive a response within minutes! Everything was very clean and the home decor provided a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed. Also the location is perfect.. beautiful view, quiet surroundings and many attractions nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing but amazing. We cannot recommend Johnnies home/property highly enough. ☺️ Thank you for such a memorable stay—we will definitely be coming back!!

Wonderful place to stay, had a small issue of a blown fuse when we arrived but the host responded in less than 10 min and issue was resolved in under 15 min. hot tub was great and loved the extra bags and ball for our four legged companion. Would love to come back again!

We were in Clare for a family funeral. It was the perfect place to stay for a family that is from out of town. There was plenty of room for the 7 of us. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and appreciated that it was clean and ready for us. We are interested in coming back for a summer stay.

The peoperty was remarkable and thoughtfully decorated. The kitchen comes complete with everything you'd need. The beds and bedrooms were cozy and comfortable. Our party of six all gave it high marks. P.S. The sunsets were breathtaking.
