Very clean place. Had everything we needed for our family of 6 including 4 kids! Pool was great! Hosts were friendly and responsive.

Wow! Did not expect to be so blown away by our stay at John's place. The photos do not do John's amazing lil' strip of Banana River paradise justice. This spot is a REAL Florida getaway, hold all of the neon kitsch and nonsense: the apartment is pristine yet homey, decorated with shells found on the beach, hand-carved wooden turtles, and John's space race adventures. The rooms have nice quality linens and comfy beds, with ample light and good a/c. You can launch kayaks from the backyard, dolphin and manatee watch from the deck, walk 5 min to a quiet beach, and eat at good quality small businesses within a short drive. John has everything: kayaks, life jackets, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, showers and hoses to rinse off post-beach. We were only sad not to get to stay the whole week. Compared to other rentals in the area, this spot is a steal for four people. You won't regret booking – and we'll be back.

Everything was fresh and clean. Looks as though the home was recently built. Very roomy and comfortable.

There were a couple of electrical problems out of the homeowners control and they were extremely responsive in taking care of them! The home was perfect for our group of Canadian travelers watching our sons train at the Jackie Robinson training facility. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, made easy by the amenities offered at the house.

We had an enjoyable 5-week stay at Amber's place, working remotely. The house is comfortable and met our needs nicely, with two desks in different rooms, and a strong wifi signal. The kitchen opening-up to the living room provided a spacious feel, and the living room furniture was comfortable. We ate most of our meals in the "library" off of the kitchen, and the bookshelves were well stocked with a variety of books, board games, and puzzles. The screened room in the back was spacious and provided easy access to the fenced-in backyard. The neighborhood is quiet, the houses are well-kept, and we especially enjoyed walking to the nature preserve less than a mile away. The local beaches are clean and quiet, and less than a 20-minute drive from the house. It was a plus having access to the 2-car garage, and the cherry tomato plants in the back yard kept us supplied with delicious tomatoes! Amber was a great host, and went out of her way to accommodate an unexpected change in plans.

This home was amazing very clean and very organized felt super comfortable in this home it was just like pictures and even better I love how the host has everything labeled i love how they had a little bit of everything definitely would 100 percent would come back!!!

we had a great couple of nights staying at David's home. House was clean, beds were comfortable, it was conveniently located near the rehab Dad was in, and David was very responsive.

Have you ever felt like you can never find the PERFECT AIRBNB, us too! Look no further this AIRBNB is PHENOMENAL. We have a rather large family, 12 of us, and we were all so comfortable. We had family come hang out with us and never felt “squished!” If you think the pictures are beautiful, they truly don’t do the home justice. When you pull into the driveway your jaw will drop! Everything was perfect. From the back porch, the pool, hot tub, pickle ball court and the pond (nice size fish in there also😉) there was truly something to do for everyone! Whether you stayed upstairs or down stairs the temperature was always great even on the second floor! Oh ya, and the beds, the beds will have you googling what type and brand so you can order it to your house, and get rid of your current bed at home🤣 It truly was phenomenal. Our family would go back in a heart beat. It’s definitely one of those homes where you can stay put and not want to go anywhere else. It’s just that good!

This place is incredible. I fell in love with it as soon as I walked up the steps and saw the view. Serene. Tranquil. Peaceful. Beautiful. I can go on and on. The place is perfectly cozy. It’s impeccably clean. And the location itself is a short drive from everything you’d want to eat or see in Cocoa Beach. I will rent this again and this time it will be for a longer weekend! Kris is an excellent host. Always responds with answers to any questions I had. Overall a great experience and Kris has set the bar extremely high for Airbnb rentals and hosts because this was my first experience with Airbnb. This was a great weekend.

Great location in a wonderful old home. We enjoyed the dock and the proximity to downtown.

Beyond my beach-front expectations! Location is literally on the beach. There’s a deck overlooking the ocean with stairs to the beach. Hosts live on-site so are handy for anything you may need, yet they give you your privacy. Place was immaculate. Bed was very comfortable with good pillows too. Lots of soft towels & wash clothes! A/c worked great and a fan provided perfect noise to sleep to. We used the beach chairs & umbrellas every day. I can’t recommend Marlene & Sherman’s place enough!! We will be back next year!!

This place was everything we needed it to be! From the setting to the unit itself, it was exactly what it promised and more. The "Flower Power" cottage is freaking ADORABLE. The place was spotless. There were thoughtful little inclusions like toiletries, coffees, bug spray... stuff that you're gonna need, but you may not have thought about. The bed was super comfy. The kitchen was well equipped... there was nothing more we needed. The grounds are a slice of peace! We saw a manatee swim through a couple of times. A dolphin came to visit us one morning, and there were jumping fish galore! There were the cutest little bunnies hopping around too! It was a real life fairy tale beach cottage! We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it, and as per her norm the entire time we were there, Kathy was sweet and accommodating. The only complaint we have is that we HAD TO LEAVE. No worries though. We'll be back!

Very family friendly and easy walk to the beach.

Quiet and relaxing stay, walkable distance to local shops and restaurants. Minutes away from the beach and beautiful trails. Loved to the room and patio to take a nap.

Great spot by the Melbourne beach. Just walk across the street (crosswalks available) and you're there! You can rent lay-out type beach chairs with giant umbrellas a little further down the beach, just bring cash and give them a random (fake) room number lol. There is a full-size fridge and a microwave, but not much else in the kitchen (kinda set up like a huge hotel room) so if you prefer to mostly eat out and eat cold stuff from the fridge this is the perfect spot for a very reasonable price. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend to weekend stay there. Our favorite eating/bar spots to visit were Squid Lips...and especially The Shack. The Shack has great vibes and everyone there is just there to have a good time, I suggest trying the strawberry daiquiri if you like sweet. If you love amazing pizza and cheesy bread I highly suggest this small eat-in pizza joint "Straight Outta Philly" Melbourne, 4250 N Wickham Rd. I picked it because they had the best internet picture, did not dissapoint!

Lovely place to stay! The ocean is right across the street. There are plenty of beach accessories in the unit. Kitchen and bath were clean and fully upgraded. We would definitely stay here again!

Great spot right on the beach. It had everything we needed for our family of 4. Only issue was a beach dredging project right out back but there’s nothing the owner can do to control that. We just parked down the street at 14th and it was really easy. Did see a few black racer snakes too which was cool/scary. Beach was clean and very quiet with only a few people on the beach. We also saw a space x star link launch which was really cool and the kids loved it. Overall great place to stay away from the more touristy section of Cocoa Beach. Lots of great restaurants to choose from too

Beautiful condo, very clean, and, steps from the beach. The heated pool was lovely. The condo had EVERYTHING we needed for our trip.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Ana was a great host. The view of the ocean is stunning. The home was so clean which is very important to me. I highly recommend this beautiful beach front condo.

This condo exceed our expectations in every way! We’ve stayed in other places in this building and have never been disappointed. This one was very clean and updated, with an excellent view from the balcony. We were even lucky enough to see 4 rocket launches during our stay!! As always, cocoa beach is our favorite vacation spot with a ton to do and see and endless great restaurants to choose from. Highly recommend this condo!

This unit was beautiful and perfect location! Just over the dune to the beach. Beach was not crowded. Very close to Cocoa beach activities & restaurants. Very clean & updated, very comfortable from kids to seniors. 10/10 would love to return in the future!

As parents of an FIT student, this cute condo was perfect for trips to the college, beach, stores, and restaurants! Michelle was very communicative and flexible which we appreciated and we will definitely stay here again. The place is very comfortable, the kitchen has all the amenities one needs to cook as we made some fresh meals for our son, and parking is easy with an elevator to the third floor if one needs. The bedroom is located at the front of the unit which masks some of the traffic and train noise. The balcony and kitchen window have a serene view of the marina. Very nice!
