Nice play to stay and very friendly hosts. They also often cleaned my room (few times a week).

Nosotros llegamos después de la hora de recepción y nos atendieron con mucha amabilidad, el anfitrión es una persona muy cortes, amable y atento con nuestra estancia. Las habitaciones son cómodas, hay agua caliente, buena limpieza y el lugar se siente acogedor. Está en una zona con arquitectura muy linda. El único detalle que tuvimos fue que hay escaleras y para subir los equipajes fue pesado, ya que éramos un grupo de folclore y traíamos bastante equipaje. Pero recomiendo mucho la estancia aquí.

Norma was so kind. She spoke to me in English and Spanish. She made me breakfast every morning. She was very accommodating and caring. Although I did not experience any trouble, she mentioned some times there is not wifi, electricity, or hot water when there are heavy rains. It was not a problem for me, but I could see how some people have higher expectations. It is so close to town yet you feel like you are in the jungle. Horses and birds roam the back yard. What a beautiful place for peace.

This place is very quiet and walking distance into the centrr of town. Every morning there a am abundance of birds around the property. Norma is extremely kind and welcoming! She was very attentive and always will to help. I definitely will come back to visit. Thank you!

Ruby hotal is wonderful place, where can watch exotic birds while breakfast. Norma is very great person and friendly. She is always willing to help you. I'm sure that return.

I wish I had stayed longer! Such a beautiful house, a comfortable and clean room, wonderful and friendly hosts. A quiet spot in a lively neighborhood, not far from many popular sites in the city. Around the corner from great restaurants and bars. I loved everything about this b&b, thanks so much!!

If you are thinking of visiting Mindo I recommend 100%! It was my first time staying at a hostel and I have to say the personal attention and care is unmatched. The rooms have nice views and everything is walking distance. Our host was very helpful with everything we needed

Great place! It’s a house with some long term guests so it feels like a home. Great views and open spaces. Quiet! Next to a huge park. Always clean! I really liked it.

Central, clean, safe, relatively quiet place to stay in Otavalo. Walkable to bus terminal, restaurants, centre of Otavalo. Staff were friendly and helpful, recommended.

Schönes Hotel, um von hier aus die umliegende Natur zu erkunden! Der Außenbereich ist sehr schön eingerichtet und der Preis ist super. Leider nicht wirklich vegetarische Optionen im Restaurant verfügbar.
