Η Villa Hill βρίσκεται πάνω από το Βαρούσι, την ιστορικότερη συνοικία των Τρικάλων, χτισμένο στις παρυφές του βυζαντινού κάστρου (φρούριο). Δίπλα στο κέντρο (5 λεπτά με τα πόδια) σε ένα ήσυχο μέρος με θέα στο φρούριο, στα Μετέωρα και στο όρος Κόζιακα. Το κατάλυμα είναι διώροφο.
