The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. It consist 1 big bedroom, 1 Sofa bed (double), bathroom, big fully equiped kitchen, aircondition and a balcony. The location is very convenient because you can go within 10 minutes on the best beaches (lagonissi, trani ammouda,Vourvourou etc) The village center is in a close distance by foot, where you will find, bakeries, pastry shops, restaurants, traditional cafes, Medical Center, police station, pharmacies, Post Office etc.

A unique residence in Nikiti, the capital of Sithonia. It has direct access to the sea and the main road, is located very close to the wonderful traditional settlement of Nikiti and provides private parking in a 1000 square meter garden, exclusively for guests. Fast internet up to 300 Mbps for professional use. The shape and the name Kypseli means the home of bees and comes from a 6-generation family tradition of beekeepers and olive oil producers.

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στην αρχή του παλιού οικισμού της Νικήτης. Πρόκειται για έναν πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο χώρο ο οποίος στο παρελθόν έχει υπάρξει ιστορικό κτήριο που λειτουργούσε ως Χαλκιδιο (παλιό σιδεράδικο). Πρόκειται για μονοκατοικία η οποία διαθέτει ένα ευρύχωρο σαλόνι, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, ενα υπνοδωμάτιο και ενα μπάνιο,καθως και 2 κλιματιστικά σε κάθε χώρο του σπιτιού. Villa kladi is located in the middle of our olive grove, on the border with the forest. Only for nature lovers "including its guests and rumors". To get to our house be ready for a mini off-road about 1km,(any car can come),between fragrant flowers, wild flowers and olive trees and sometime sheeps as well. The nearest beach can be reached by car in 5 min.The house have a really beautiful view to the sea

Elia, the private off grid island

You wake up, the sun is rising behind mount Athos. You enjoy a cup of coffee, while the dolphins jump on the horizon. You walk to the beach and the only thing you can hear is the sea. You cook outside, watching the boats passing by and the seagulls chasing the fish. Now, it's time for drawings and board games. Finally, you have a glass of wine, waiting for the moon to rise behind the hills.

Studio 25m2 with full equipped kitchen, A/C, refrigerator, toast - coffee machine, hot water, bathroom with shower, amazing balcony with awning , very suitable for 3 persons, 50m from the beach, 30m from village centre. Metamorphosis is surrounded by a pine tree forest with very good climate. Due to climate there are 3 children summer camps.

Summer house just 20 steps from the seashore. It is located in a quiet area close to the village of Agios Nikolaos in Halkidiki, ideal for resting, relaxation, swimming and carefree holidays. For our family it's our hermitage.
