Casita Florecita - Downtown Hacienda de Las Cruces

This casita with private entrance is on the grounds of an 1880's hacienda, steps away from downtown, parks, museums, live theatre, farmers market, restaurants & shopping. This charmer has original touches such as beams in the ceiling, large plank wood floors, adobe plaster walls, bedroom, living/dining combo, coffee and tea bar with microwave and mini frig, and private bath. Outdoor: porch, patio and yard, with a pool and hot tub area that is open from 9am - 9pm. Pool is not heated in winter.

Welcome to Casa de Martiana! This gorgeous casita is located just a few short blocks (about 1/4 mile) from the plaza in Old Mesilla where you will find tons of great restaurants (mostly delicious Mexican food), wineries, bars, unique shopping and fun events. There is a market in the square on Fridays and Sundays with neat jewelry, art and other local treasures. The area is rich in history and culture and has many tales of days when Billy the Kid and Pat Garrett used to wonder the village.

Our guesthouse is located on historic Highway 28, also known as the Don Juan de Onate Trail, which connects El Paso and Las Cruces. It is one of the area's most scenic routes. You can find breweries, multiple wineries, and the famous Chopes restaurant and bar along the route. The highlight of the 10-mile drive from our little house in San Miguel to historic Mesilla takes you through unique canopies of pecan trees, in the largest pecan-producing county in the nation.
