Located just down the road from where my great grandparents purchased the original farm which is still in the family today. We named the former chicken house after our favorite farm cat, Calico. Relax and enjoy this cozy house located centrally in Richland Wa. at the foothills of Badger and Candy Mountains. We are near shopping, Costco, restaurants, wineries and easy access to the highway. The Urban Retreat has a king size bed in the master with an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed with an en suite as well. There is also a pull out full-size bed in the living room couch for extra guests. Fully equipped Kitchen , large backyard and 2.5 bath’s.

Not doing so will result in a pet fee of $50. Also, please let us know if any accidents from pets.
