El Nido Apartment at Totten Lake

El Nido is a second-story apartment on a lake-front property, with panoramic views and a wrap-around patio. This two-bed, one-bath contemporary apartment is named El Nido (Spanish for "the nest"), because of the abundant wildlife in the area, including resident bald eagles nested across the street in a designated wetlands. The space is fully furnished and is new construction as of the summer of 2024. The owners have a workshop and office space on the first floor, with occasional day use.

Welcome to the Rio Condo above El Rio Cantina. Upstairs remodel space is perfect for a weekend getaway to explore the area. Centrally located between Cortez and Durango and only 7 miles from the entrance to Mesa Verde National Park. Close by the mountains with plenty of hiking trails and mountain bike trails. 6 miles to Jackson Reservoir for fishing, and paddle boarding. Location right down town historic Mancos. Walking distance to 4 different restaurants, 2 coffee shops and art galleries.

Downtown Mancos Family/Pet Friendly Apt

Live like a local. Steps from all of the galleries, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, health food store, river, library and the park. Only 10 minutes from the entrance to Mesa Verde National Park, 25 minutes to downtown Durango, and 45 minutes to Four Corners National Monument. This is a great home base to visit Phil's World, Hovenweep, Moab, Silverton, Telluride, or any of the other gems of the Southwest! Come for the world-class hunting, hiking, mountain biking, and fishing!

Ravensnest, the Bears Den

The Bears Den studio apartment is located in the main house. Walk in basement with private entrance. Queen size bed, great room with a small convenience kitchen and walk in bath. The small convenience kitchen consists of a toaster oven, microwave, Keurig maker, full size refrigerator and a double sink, it does not have a range/oven. Open WI-FI, Dish satellite and ROKU. Sitting area on the patio. Numerous patios and verandas, and many places to " relax, expand and be at peace".
