Sitting at the base of the Grand Mesa, It features 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths, wit a large, covered patio to relax and enjoy fireplace for the cool Colorado evenings. The pet-friendly home sleeps 7 comfortably and includes a game room for family games and a night of cards or a good game of poker for your enjoyment during your stay. Hit The Hay Farm Bunkhouse

This farmhouse, built in 1948, is on a working, regenerative crop and cattle farm. It is near the dead end of a mile and a half dirt road. There are unobstructed views of the Bookcliff Mountain Range to the north and no other houses in sight. The house is surrounded with a spacious yard perfect for picnics and games. This is a very rural space only 10 minutes from downtown Fruita, and the 18 Rd. desert bike trails. Ask about having some farm raised grass finished beef to top off your stay!

Just off Highway 330, BaseCamp is a convenient starting point for all of your outdoor activities.

Redlands Tiny Home

A newly renovated tiny home in beautiful Redlands CO. Min away from Tabeguache trail head, the entrance to the National Monument, Handlebar restaurant, and downtown Grand Junction. One bedroom with a full size bed, one bathroom with shower, and small kitchenette with hot plate. We allow dogs for a fee but limit them to 1 per visit. We do not allow any other animals. Please disclose if you plan on bringing an animal

Sycamore Cottage a cozy carriage house

This delightful 523 sq.ft. 1937 cottage is located in the heart of Grand Junction close to downtown, St.Mary's hospital, popular restaurants . We are only minutes away from Colorado National Monument. I live in the main house. The cottage behind opens to the garden gazebo courtyard. A huge old noble Sycamore tree is a focal point in your backyard among other lovely views. The birds are a delight in the mornings.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. After a long day in the outdoors enjoy a nice warm bath with bath salts (provided) then slip into the plush robe to have a nice cup of tea. Cook a nice meal with the fully stocked kitchen. Coffee, tea, creamers, sugar, spices, bottled water, and laundry soap all provided. Close to hiking, downtown, biking, CMU, and the hospital. Allergy friendly.
