The Glamp Camp at Sweetwater

Welcome to our off-the-grid "Glamp Camp" at Sweetwater Farm! Tucked away on the back of our 40 acre farm, this one-room cabin sleeps 2 people comfortably. Outside you'll find a private fire pit & charcoal grill, a shared outdoor kitchen pavilion w/ gas grill (stocked with cooking supplies) & an outdoor bathroom w/ a real flushing toilet, sink and outdoor shower. Access the Tooky River (great for swimming, kayaking and fishing) just steps away & enjoy plenty of space, privacy & beautiful scenery!

This beautiful house is the ultimate city escape located just 90 minutes from Boston! The unique and spacious design opens up to the outside, letting you enjoy the great outdoors through a wall of windows from a cozy sunken living room. In the summer, lounge by the pool or enjoy one of two pristine lakes 10 minutes away. In winter, only 15 minutes to Pat’s Peak and 20 minutes to Crotched Ski Resort. The Barn

Welcome to The BARN! You can expect to feel tucked away in the trees in this cozy, rustic, yet chic space. Thoughtful lighting, fine linens and furnishings with a spacious and private deck off the back to sit and enjoy nature or entertain. Miles of wooded forest is this location; if you’re looking to escape the city or a busy life, this is the perfect place to explore, relax and revive. At the main house (across the way), there are horses, barn kitties, cattle dogs and other friendly animals.

Sunny Lakeside Cabin + Dock and Boats

This cabin is perched on a hillside above beautiful Bradley Lake. You can relax on the big, sunny deck and take in the views. If you like to experience the scenery up close, just walk down to the dock where you'll have a kayak and canoe available for your use. There are turtles, frogs, loons, and sometimes bald eagles. Kids will enjoy listening to the wildlife from the screened in sleeping porch! DISCLAIMER: There is no wifi. Bunk beds are cot sized. This cabin is near other occupied spaces.

One of a kind equine estate w/indoor pool, hot tub, billiards, and a cooks kitchen. The 4 bdrm, loft & common areas accommodate 16 ppl. max w/6,000 sq. ft. everyone will have space to relax. This estate is literally a home w/in a home. The addition was built around the original log cabin. Wind Hill Farm is a 78 acre working equestrian facility, take a riding lesson on property. Local attractions include apple orchards, NH Speedway, Lakes Region, Gunstock Mountain & NH State Capital, Concord.

Rustic cabin in the heart of the Lakes Region, New Hampshire’s four season playground. Short walk to the beach or take our canoe and kayaks to explore Hermit Lake or go fishing. This camp is centrally located and easy to get to. 20 minutes to Winnisquam, Winnipesaukee, and Newfound Lake. Hiking trails nearby and the White Mountains are only 30 minutes north. 30 minutes to Ragged Mountain and Tenney Mountain and 35 to Gunstock for winter skiing. A perfect New England getaway all year long!

We invite you to create your own memories at this unique and family-friendly lake house tucked away in the beautiful upper Sunapee region. Swim, fish and kayak in the serene pond. Hike the trail around the lake or star gaze on your deck to catch the breathtaking views. Watch sunrise from your beds and kayak out onto the water at dusk to catch the sunset. In the winter, glamping with family and friends with complete seclusion. go ice fishing at Enfield, or skiing at nearby Mount Sunapee.

The Skylight Barn with Hot Tub

Soak in the natural light at the Skylight Barn! Only 8 minutes to Highland Mountain Bike Park. Off of the beaten path and private yet a minute's drive to the amenities of Tilton, NH. About 20 minutes drive from the lakes and 35 to the mountains. This second story barn space is a large studio style layout with a 3/4 bath and all of the amenities to make your stay comfortable. Please note that the center beam and shower curtain rod are on the short side, about 5.5 feet tall.

Historic 1860's Riverfront Farm House awaits you! Visit this charming farmhouse featuring 5 bedrooms, 2 full bath, a bright sunroom, large eat-in kitchen and dining room, vegetable gardens, fruit trees, outdoor patio, barbecue grill, and lovely views of working Hip Peas Farm and the Merrimack River. The farm house is located with convenient access to highways 93 and 293; just 45 minutes to the ocean, 60 minutes to Boston, and 60 minutes to the beautiful white mountains.
