Michael’s place is beautiful, and is in a great location. The view of the lake is breathtaking!

It was a nice place to stay for the weekend. We were looking for something close to Weirs Beach and it was just up the hill. We had a little trouble getting in when we first arrived as the instructions were a little confusing, but a quick text on Airbnb resulted in a quick response that got us inside. Otherwise was a good place to stay.

I also do Air BnB and we offer the TV services to our customers. That is one of the biggest thing I would recommend, along with additional cooking pans & lids. Overall I was very pleased with everything about the Air Bnb.

The view is beautiful. It is nice to have a private beach. Patrick was very friendly and communicative. The only drawback is the insulation is thin and we could hear our neighbors, very loud neighbors, above us at 1 in the morning. The second night we turned on white noise and that helped.

Cute little place. It was just perfect for a sisters weekend.

Good place to stay in Laconia and a nice view of lake. Michael was responded quickly when I had a question. Hope to stay again.

Place was perfect for family stay. It was a home away from home for us. Everything was so perfect for every group of our family members. Kids loved the board games and puzzles and enjoyed the stay. Apart from house, location is perfect for many activities in and around town again for all group of family members be it board walk along the lake, fun spot, train ride and pristine drive along lake.

I saw all the reviews on the stairs, but the stairs aren't so bad and well maintained during the snowy/icy winter. the place was exactly as described, very clean and we will be staying again!

Great location ! Very clean! Needed a place to stay with my cat & dog for a few days while transitioning in my move out of NH, I highly recommend this condo , very peaceful & private and neighbors are respectful

This was an absolute beautiful stay. The views of the lake with the fall foliage was breathtaking. The home had everything we needed and was perfectly clean. Would definitely come again.

Britt was kind and checked in to be sure we had everything we needed. The space was lovely, comfortable and clean. I loved that she had so many teas and a basket with necessities in case visitors forgot a toothbrush, etc. She is also very pup-friendly!

Very happy with this location. Perfect for travel nursing.

Great unit right by the lake

Great place right on the water!

This was a last-minute vacation for us. We were supposed to be traveling to the mountains of North Carolina, but those plans changed after Hurricane Helene. I found this location and was able to book it for the week. The home was very comfortable and clean and close to many attractions. We were able to locate a craft fair and enjoyed the surrounding area. We enjoyed time in the evenings watching TV and sitting on the balcony. We especially appreciated being able to check in early which gave us an extra day in the area. We loved the unit and would love to come agin.

Enjoyed staying in the condo a great deal. The linens were soft and cozy , the kitchen had a good variety of kitchen things.We found it was very comfortable for two people. Close to things to do surrounded by beautiful lakes.

Clean space, comfy solid mattress which has become a rarity among many newer airbnbs. gorgeous mountain views. and a heated pool!

Fantastic condo in an amazing location! We highly recommend booking Matthew’s place. The condo is very cozy and will have everything you need. The kitchen was fully stocked. Matthew is extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. The beach is gorgeous and is only a short walk down the driveway and across the street! Definitely recommend.

We were in the area for a wedding and Mary’s condo was perfect for our stay. Our expectation matched the description and photos provided. The condo was clean and provided for everything we needed. Mary is a great host and was super responsive in addressing all needs / questions we had — both prior to and during our stay. You got the sense that Mary cared about your experience and providing products that makes your stay as good and as comfortable as possible. The condo has a nice view of the lake and is located in an area close to popular attractions. I’d definitely recommend Mary’s condo — both for the space, location, and the host (hospitality). Excellent place and totally worth the paid price, awesome surroundings

We felt extremely comfortable in a very clean condo. The receptionist at the front desk was so friendly and helpful! They replaced the chain lock on our door the very next morning after the request I made the night prior. Very impressed and Very Efficient!!

Our stay was wonderful. Absolutely beautiful surroundings. So close to Gunstock Mountain. Walkable to a great restaurant. The home was so clean and cozy. Kelsie and Marc were extremely responsive. Highly recommend.
