T's Place

The space is a recently renovated basement studio with a private entrance. There is a parking place for you and a lighted path to the left that leads down to the studio. The studio has a queen bed, a bathroom with tub and shower and a dressing room area that some use for an office. The kitchen has most anything you will need. We live upstairs, so you will hear footsteps and kitchen activity. The yard is huge and fenced- in, perfect for pets. The walk to Lane Stadium is only 15 minutes!

Located in beautiful Ellett Valley, Opal's Oasis is perfect for visits to Blacksburg, Christiansburg, and surrounding areas in southwest Virginia. This quaint farmhouse was recently renovated and features brand new kitchen and bath flooring, cabinets, quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. The home's rustic charm has been maintained with original hardwood flooring and 3.5 acres of farmland. Enjoy the breathtaking views from the back deck or sitting around the firepit.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The expansive green space is perfect for up to 8 guests. This inviting home offers a large front living room that opens to the kitchen with tons of natural light. The home is a wonderful space to come back to after a day of Football or outdoor adventures. Large property offers privacy and tranquility but is a close drive to Downtown Blacksburg. The outdoor beauty and spacious home make this a great place to stay all year long!

Cabin on the Creek

This 1 room cabin with kitchenette (2 top burner, small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker) with full bath is set on Toms Creek, fifteen minutes drive from Virginia Tech and the town of Blacksburg. The space itself is private, rustic and charming even though we live just next door. We thank you for no pets, vaping or smoking inside the cabin and we are happy to share that our onsite managers, Ray and Mara, will be handling all inquiries on our behalf.

Dancing Oaks Studio Apartment

This studio apartment was completed in 2023. It features a full kitchen, king size bed, queen size futon and 65" TV. Outside is a private deck with gas grill and patio table. It is located 3.3 miles from downtown Blacksburg. The art on the walls is done by local artists. Keyless entry. Gravel parking next to building. Owners live onsite in a separate building. Note: climbing a short flight of stairs is required to gain access to the building.

Hydrangea Hideaway Studio Oasis *no cleaning fee

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Only a few minutes off I-81, 10 minutes to Radford University and 20 minutes to Virginia Tech. A King bed to take all your worries away with a sofa sleeper for a little extra room. There will be cold beverages in the fridge for you if you would like. **This is for a 1 bedroom basement studio with private entrance, 1st floor is occupied by the host or tenant.

15 minutes to VT, easy access to 460 By-Pass and I-81. Private entrance with keyless entry for self check-in. Studio has lots of natural light, all new appliances, flooring and furniture. Five minutes to shopping and restaurants. Located in quiet neighborhood, near end of Cul-du-sac. LED TV, and Blu-Ray player. Yard can be set up for events (summer time).
