Mid Century Modern ideally located near shopping and Interstate 5. This 1960's home is completely updated with modern appliances while retaining it's 1960's charm. Three bedrooms, large front room with a 65" smart TV, fantastic cooking space, large completely fenced and private back yard , hot tub with 32" smart TV make this a fantastic base for exploring the three local rivers, or a dash to the beach and a stroll through the redwoods. *Pets- $30 additional per pet cleaning fee. Charming Cottage, Walk To Downtown!

Newly remodeled 1910 cottage a few short blocks away from historic downtown! 1 bedroom and 1 loft both featuring brand new queen beds.The cottage is only two miles off of I-5 and within walking distance to some of the best restaurants, bars, and shops downtown has to offer. The living room features a 60in HDTV. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, glassware, pots and pans, a keurig and many other commodities . The Outdoor area includes a grill, picnic table as well as a fire pit. No pets.

Common Area! Near Rogue X, 3 king beds 82" 4k tv

Huge grassy common area! Big 4k TVs. House is a large 3 bedroom in a nice neighborhood. Must be respectful of neighbors. No dogs left outside barking. There is an HOA at this house and disruptive behaviors are reported and fined. Guest pays all assessed fines! No outside music, no fireworks. This is a beautiful family oriented neighborhood backing up to a Huge common grassy area. There isn't any playground equipment but perfect for Frisbee, soccer, etc. Please treat it respectfully

Looking for a place for an extended stay on a business trip to Grants Pass? Message me! Awesome neighborhood! Quiet & close to the Historical District which has wonderful restaurants and shopping. Good location for all activities in the area. Lots of natural light. Fenced back yard for your four legged friends. The front deck has table and chairs so you can sit out and enjoy morning coffee or evening glass of wine! The prefect location to base your Southern Oregon adventure from!

Family friendly with fresh decor, single level 3 bed 1 bath home. Gated Driveway on a flag lot with two homes, sets the stage for a very private but ideally located home. Spacious Living Room with an open Kitchen. Located in Downtown Grants Pass, minutes from I-5, and a short walk down to the Rogue River. Very comfortable & private for the location. Large covered patio with fenced in turf yard, furniture & a grill year round.
