This is a beautiful little self contained bungalow located at the back of my house. You will have everything you need for a comfortable and unique stay in this (EXTREMELY!) light-filled space. All the windows are leadlight and the soaring window at the front (from a 100 year old church in the Hunter Valley) adds to the distinctive charm. You will have your own access. You can park in the driveway or on the street (unrestricted on weekends and after hours. Otherwise its a 2hr limit from 9am-5pm)

Feel right at home when you walk in the door. This light filled 2 bedroom guesthouse has a spacious kitchen, sunny courtyard and off-street parking. Centrally located close to John Hunter hospital, shops, sporting stadium, entertainment centre and University. Five minute walk to New Lambton village shops with IGA supermarket, pub, great coffee shops/cafes, and restaurants. Ten minute walk to McDonald Jones sports precinct and hockey stadium. A lovely private space to relax and enjoy. This is the downstairs area of my home and is only used by guests. The living room is spacious, has a lovely sunny outlook in the morning, and has a picturesque view over Merewether to the ocean. The bedroom has a lovely comfortable queen bed with quality linen. The house is 5 min(15min walk) from Merewether beach, ocean baths and known walking trails. Note: 2026 there is a building development close by and you may experience some noise disturbance.

Apartment on Ocean street direct waterfront. On the cliff between Dixon park and Cooks Hill. Enjoy sweeping views of the ocean, and watch the sun and moon rise. Listen to the sound of the waves as you drift off to sleep after a fun day of sun and surf. No road noise as only Bathers Way walking track between you and the ocean. Close to everything when you stay at this centrally located two bedroom apartment. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants in walking proximity.

Self-cont Cabin, Netflix, next to Glenrock SCA

The Cabin is a large room divided by a large wardrobe and Hutch with the bedroom (Queen Bed) on one side, and the living area on the other. In the large Bedroom area there is also a desk and smart TV, Netflix, and the toilet/shower room is accessed there. The kitchen is well equipped and I provide frozen gluten free and other bread as well as many other provisions. The lounge and chair both fold down into beds (a double, and a single) but are quite firm.
