Unique, light filled, air conditioned and beautifully renovated 2 bedroom + study apartment situated a short stroll from both Bar and Merewether Beach. The apartment has a spacious balcony for BBQ's, new kitchen with adjoining dining and separate sitting room. Lovely lounge room with gas fireplace and 2 spacious bedrooms with built-ins. You will love staying here, enjoy the afternoon sun on the balcony, wake up and walk any direction for a fresh coffee and shopping. The surf is 2 mins away.

A comfortable one bedroom apartment located in the glorious east end with parking in secure car park included. 500m to the beach & foreshore. 300m to Queens Wharf (ferry & light rail ) where you can access the University, Honeysuckle precinct & Newcastle Interchange.
