Charming & Whimsical Historic River Home

Built in 1836, welcome to our river home. Step right into the sun filled living room with wood floors, wood beam ceiling and a wood fireplace. As you make your way through the first level, you will find a mudroom with exterior access and an adjoining half bathroom, a dinning room and a kitchen with access to the outdoor deck and large fenced back yard. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms and one extra room, along with a bathroom. The rooms are surrounded with both garden and river views.

Lovely space in walking distance of everything downtown- including New Hope. Directly across the street from the tow path for a scenic walk to downtown. Outdoor space with a patio, grill & fire pit. Bikes for exploring. Home lovingly expanded & restored as quaint, classic cottage with wood paneling, tin ceilings & hard wood floors. Wonderful space for groups - 7 beds (king, 4 twins, 2 queens) - sleeps 10. Charging stations throughout, blackout curtains in each bedroom among other comforts.

Sunset Point 4 Bedroom Home by D&R canal

My beautiful four-bedroom Sunset Point home is near everything Princeton has to offer: fine dining, shopping, entertainment, museums and campus events. The house is about 1 mile from D&R canal and 3.8 miles away from Princeton University. It comes with four parking spaces and a spacious backyard where you and your kids can spend the summer playing games, enjoying the sunshine, and barbecuing with friends. If you live in congested area, with children stuck in a tiny apartment. Our home offers large open outdoor space. We are just three blocks from Nassau St. and two blocks from the Princeton Shopping Center with McCaffrey’s, restaurants, parks, and practical stores! You will have two parking spaces, and a EV charger & 2 guest bikes upon request. You have a new kitchen, large table, new amenities, a spa rain shower, washer and dryer. There is a pac’n play, high chair, futon bed, blowup bed, sound machine, and toys/books for your little one. We also have many family games!
