The guest home listed here is over a quarter mile away from their personal residence. Enjoy quiet evenings at home, BBQ's and bonfires in the great outdoors overlooking the lights of the Central Valley! Access all the amenities including 2 large living rooms with 85 inch and 70 inch TVs, fully equiped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. Two bedrooms connected by closet and hallway. One bedroom connected to master bedroom via sliding door.

Cozy home with a nice backyard. Perfect for a quiet evening enjoying some wine by the fire outside while you can hear the sound of the water in the pond. Great for a couples getaway or families traveling. We are close to everything...5 minutes to the freeway 99 and about 10 min to downtown Modesto. We are 20 min from Turlock and 15 min from Manteca. Walking distance to Save Mart shopping center, restaurants, etc We have a gardener that comes on Thursday mornings and mows front and backyard

We are located 19 miles from North America's largest floating, inflatable aqua park Splash-n-Dash. Great summer fun !!

Geographically speaking, we like to say we are in between The Golden Gate Bridge, San Francisco and Half Dome in Yosemite National Park.
