Premium Apartment in Madrid center. Plaza Mayor IV

** This apartment could be rented for long or medium stays. It could be rented also for short stays, always in accordance with the LAU regulations as "different use of housing", and rentals for tourist purposes are not allowed. The rent must be for work / personal / family reasons, etc., and the person who rents the property must reside outside of Madrid, and it can never be used as a permanent residence (only as temporary residence). The registration in any government office is not allowed.

APARTAMENTO DE LUJO en la Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Parque del Retiro, Mercado de San Miguel, Museo Thyssen Bornemisza, Museo del Prado, Palacio Real , etc....y los mejores Restaurantes, Bares de Tapas, etc.... Es un apartamento totalmente nuevo a estrenar, de lujo y diseño en pleno centro de la ciudad, podrás ir caminando a todos los lugares de interés. Mi alojamiento es bueno para parejas, aventureros, viajeros de negocios, y familias (con hijos). Todas las comodidades, Nuevo a estrenar.

Stroll to the Royal Palace from a Charming Central Apartment

The apartment is located on a small pedestrian street leading to Plaza Mayor. Cobblestone streets and beautiful gardens are nearby, as are the Royal Palace and Almudena Cathedral, the area's main attractions. The apartment is perfect for groups of up to 4 adults or kids over 12 y.o. or non-walking babies. The apartment is very conveniently located in the middle of the main attractions in town. The famous Mercado de San Miguel is also there (Madrid's most renowned gastronomic market).

Best location, right in the center of Madrid! In the famous "Barrio de las Letras" - the literary neighborhood. Beautiful, clean apartment with lots of light in a historic building with elevator. Centrally-located with short walking distance (<10 mins) to all the major museums, Plaza Mayor, Royal Place, Puerta del Sol, Gran Via, Parque del Retiro, Atocha train station, etc. You will love the apartment and our location!

[New] APART PUERTA DEL SOL.

SHORT TERM RENTAL. In the Puerta del Sol, pedestrian street, very well connected, a step away from everything you should not miss in Madrid. Next to the official store of Real Madrid. IT IS THE MOST CENTRAL AREA OF MADRID! New and quite apartment. The perfect place to explore the city walking. EVERY GUEST WILL HAVE TO SIGN A CONTRACT FOR SHORT TERM RENTAL NEED.

NO SELF CHECK IN, IMPERATIVE TO GIVE ARRIVAL TIMING. Beautiful and cozy old apartment in old style with balcony to Mayor square, beautiful views to the sunset, but quiet and spacious. AC in all the bedrooms and gas heating. WIFI and basic supplies (shower gel, toilet paper, towels, sugar and salt, etc)
