Coco´s Room "Private Studio W/Kitchenette"

Este pequeño estudio con cocineta es el lugar perfecto para 1 o 2 viajeros que busquen experimentar la vida local de Cancún y alrededores. Ubicado en el corazón de Cancún en uno de los primeros barrios de esta joven ciudad. IMPORTANTE!! A partir de Enero 2025, un nuevo impuesto local debera ser pagado al momento de la llegada (impuesto de saneamiento ambiental) el cual es de $34 pesos por persona por noche. Se podra pagar en efectivo o por airbnb mediante el centro de resoluciones.

Downtown Cancun apartment with Cocktail Pool

Precioso departamento equipado, muy cómodo y con alberca. Extraordinaria ubicación en la zona turística del centro de Cancún, en una calle tranquila y segura, a pocos pasos del Mercado 28 y de una avenida importante con acceso a camiones de zona hotelera para ir a la playa, por lo que es genial para movilizarse caminando o en transporte público... No necesitas rentar auto! Está cerca de todo! Restaurantes, bancos, lavandería, gimnasio, gasolinera, Oxxo, Walmart y el famoso Mercado 28!

Desde este alojamiento céntrico todo el grupo podrá tener fácil acceso a todo. Se encuentra a unos pasos de la terminal de autobuses ADO así como del parque de las palapas y entrada a la zona hotelera. Mejor ubicación imposible. Además de la calma y tranquilidad, que te brinda esta zona. Además te incluye un garrafón de agua purificada durante tu estancia. Y cuentas conmigo para cualquier guía o ayuda que necesites. Zeolita Master Suite con jacuzzi @CuevaLua

Suite Zeolita cuenta con jacuzzi privado y con todo lo necesario para una estancia de lujo excepcional. Es un lugar sin ruido, tranquilo, con seguridad y estacionamiento gratuito. Se encuentra en una excelente zona en frente de la entrada de Puerto Cancún. Caminando encontrarás varios restaurantes, tiendas de conveniencia, supermercados, renta de autos, etc. El departamento cuenta con todo lo necesario para cocinar, toallas y colchones de memory foam.

Lovely 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of Cancun

This special place is located at the heart of Cancun's downtown. It's perfect for travellers who want to live as locals. The historical Market 28 is right in front of the condo were you can buy directly from Mexican Artisans. The famous Caribbean beaches are only 15 minutes aways by car. You can easily hail a cab outside the condo. We have created a workspace perfect for travellers who are digital nomads wandering around the world.

Tropical & Cozy Villa enclose by trees in downtown

Open the door, relax and enjoy the garden and pool. Have a local experience and feel at home. We recover the original spirit of Airbnb by sharing our house with you, with lots of love. We do not want to be a hotel, just an oasis of peace where you can stay in the heart of Cancun. Nearby there are shops, parks, public transport, 15 minutes by bus or car to the beaches. We speak Spanish, English and French.
