The apartment is not suitable for young children. Guests will enjoy the use of free off street parking for one vehicle, access to Wi-Fi and streaming visual media.

Looking for an escape from populated areas to stay during the covid-19 break out? Or a weekend romantic getaway? Stay in a beautiful historic East Avenue mansion designed by the same architect that designed the George Eastman house. Built in 1903 for Walter Hubbell, the attorney for George Eastman. The living room used to be the ball room and the ceiling is one of a kind. Private entry, wifi included, off street parking, and access to nearly two acres of beautiful gardens.

Our place is clean, bright and spacious. It is a truly warm and inviting space for 1 - 4 guests. We are located in the heart of the Park Avenue neighborhood, where restaurants, cafés and shops are just steps away. It is a super comfortable place with a strong home away from home vibe. We have a very simple check in process and no "chore" list for guests. We are happy to host a maximum of 4 guests. Only guests included in the reservation may be on the property.

This second floor studio gives you the true Rochester feel with it's tall ceilings and natural lighting. Located right next to the Strathallan hotel and across the street from Ape & Canary spa. This cozy unit is walking distance to some of the best museums, restaurants, and night life Rochester has to offer!
