Cathy's Little Farm loft is a 500 sq ft apartment inside a storage barn on a wooded country acre. Fully appointed two story space offers peace and quiet. It is located close to I57, Walmart, Community College, Airport, Fair Grounds, National Guard Training Center, 15 minutes from Olivet, 60 miles south of Chicago. King size bed and twin size sofa sleeper upstairs, full size sleeper sofa in living room. Well equipped full size kitchen and laundry. Large lawn, gardens, and chickens to enjoy.

Cozy First Floor Apartment

This cozy apartment is a great spot to relax. A large smart TV in the living room and a kitchenette with stovetop, small fridge, and microwave make it the perfect place to stay for a few days. Washer and dryer on site and a full bathroom are added bonuses. The apartment sits on a unique 1.5 acre property including a meditation cabin, greenhouse, rock garden, and space for kids to run around. This space has an open format. There’s a curtain on the main bedroom, but no doors to the bedrooms.
