Lovely holiday cottage. Great facilities, especially the kitchen. Beautiful, quiet part of Scotland. We walked every day. Would recommend.

One of the loveliest places we've ever stayed! Superb and spacious accommodation, beautifully decorated and really well & thoughtfully equipped - it will *exceed* your expectations. With the sauna and hot tub, it's not easy to drag yourself out of the house! And to top it off, the view across the loch is utterly mesmerising. Vivienne was a great host, letting us know everything we needed and leaving a lovely welcome pack. The house is in a peaceful location that is still handy for the main road and great for interesting local walks .... if you can drag yourself away! Can't recommend highly enough 😊

If I could give 6 stars, I would. This place was a dream come true. Not only was it immaculately clean and comfortable, but it was so well-equipped. It had everything we could've possibly needed for our stay. The grounds were stunning, peaceful, and perfect for our kids. If you have young kids, there is no better place in Scotland. The sand pit and swing set were a huge hit, as were the books and toys in the house. We loved having fires by the lake at night and relaxing in the hot tub. I could go on and on about how much we loved it here. Highly highly recommend!

Roskhill cottage is awesome. We spent 5 nights here and made our stay truly special. The house have everything you may need and more, the beautiful view and garden filled with flowers, the BBQ hut it’s a great plus, comfortable beds, impeccable clean, good size bathroom and shower, close to little groceries stores, delicious bakery and good coffee, Dunvegan Castle and gardens and fantastic walkings around, plus gorgeous Coos cows! Really worthy place. Highly recommended.

The Lodge more than met our needs as a base to explore the northern highlands. The many creature comforts helped to make us feel truly at home. The weather was so kind for the time of year allowing us to make full use of the hottub at the end of long days exploring. Our children couldn't get up early enough to "help" feed the neighbouring Highland Coos. We can't wait to come back next year to see how much they have grown.

Great accommodation, hot tub was excellent and warm. I would say 4 logs then 1 to top up after 50 minutes on a mild day and the water temperature would be perfect. (I think I might get one). Beautiful surroundings and great location for Inverness and Loch Ness. There were all the mod cons in the house. We fell in love with ‘Roger’, the automated lawn mower in the garden. We would definitely come again if in the area.

We noticed that the bathroom doors don't close very well and that from the outside the doorknob on the right is loose and you cannot pull on it! And sadly the jacuzzi/bathtub wasn't hooked up... And furthter was the stay amazing, super beautiful location and we loved it!

Beautiful Cottage with great facilities, loved the helpful binder with all the information on places to visit. Perfect place to stay with family. I have already recommended to friends and hope to come back and visit again

Gorgeous well located cottage, opposite the Lochness hub (info centre) & bang in the middle of the village next to the green. Kate is a lovely responsive host, who adds a personal touch. It was the first time a host left dog treats, tennis ball, blankets & bowls for our dog too, which was so lovely. The cottage is well equipped, charming, with lovely decor. Garden to right is an absolute sun-trap, we could sit out in T-shirts in April with a beer. We spent most of our days hiking 13k+, first we did from the cottage, second drove to Glen Affric. We had a beautiful take out from the Chinese & brought back pizza from the Italian. The Fiddler’s won’t allow dogs in, you must sit outside so we only did lunch there, but one night we had a lovely meal (booked ahead) at the Lockness inn 15 min walk away. If we’d been back from hiking sooner the cafe on the green would have been a good option too, it serves beer & has a nice garden. You won’t regret booking this gem, Thanks Kate :)

Seacroft is a lovely cottage in a very peaceful location with views to the sea, and includes a private garden space. The interior is immaculate, very well set out and finished with lots of special touches and includes a full kitchen. All details provided in the listing and further details about the area set out in a folder in the cottage. Lovely place to stay and we hope to return.

Supertolle Lage mit Meersicht. Una ist eine sehr sympathische Gastgeberin und in der Unterkunft findet man alles, was man benötigt. Die Umgebung ist toll!

Alistar was a great host with lots of great recommendations. His cottage is surrounded by breathtaking sites, it is warm and cozy and undeniably Scottish. His cottage is a great way to truly experience the Isle of Skye.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce cottage, très bien équipé. Le seul petit hic car nous sommes de la campagne, ce fut le brut des voitures car en bord de route. Mais sinon tout était parfait !

Wonderful place, really well kitted out except for it could have had a tooth mug in the bathroom and a screw in the carpet plate leading into one of the bedrooms was sticking up and could have cut someone’s foot. The bedroom doors hinges also need a spot of oil to stop them squeaking. These small things would have been done by us if we had been staying longer and are only mentioned so they are logged for the management to fix. The Wi-Fi was unexpectedly good. The views are fantastic and it is really peaceful. We were very lucky with the weather as it was an April visit.

Plain and simple, this was THE best air b’n’b we have ever stayed in. Everything about it. The location and the club and grounds are just beyond stunning. Breathtaking views. Between the back view of the highland club facing Loch Ness to looking over your shoulder to see Loch Ness, just amazing. The cottage itself while not a part of the main building was perfect. All the amenities needed and plenty of space for the four of us. Waking up to the snow on the lawn outside was beautiful. The hamper on arrival was so helpful for our 3 nights there. The board games, fire place and sporting equipment was great. The games room and especially heated pool inside was amazing to relax and look out to the snowy mountains. Honestly, was sad to leave and could have stayed there another week! Worth every cent. Our two kids were in heaven.

We had a lovely stay at this cozy Quiraing house for 5 days. The place was comfortable, private, and conveniently close to key attractions like Quiraing walk, which made exploring the area a breeze. The only downside was the host’s response time, which was a bit slow. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d recommend it for a peaceful getaway in Skye.

Fiona hat uns herzlich begrüßt. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im wunderschönen und gemütlichen Fossil Cottage. Die Umgebung ist herrlich, ruhig und naturnah. Man kann die Natur von drinnen beobachten oder vom Cottage aus zu Fuss die atemberaubende nahe Umgebung erkunden.

This cottage was a lovely place to stay—comfortable, tastefully furnished, and equipped with new furniture. Everything was spotlessly clean, and having private parking was a great plus. Although not located in the downtown area of Portree, it was still easy to reach the town center and the nearby Co-op supermarket, even on foot. The internet connection was excellent. The kitchen was spacious and impressively well-equipped, with plenty of pots, dishes, and appliances—something we really appreciated. The host was very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. All in all, a great stay. We would definitely recommend this property.

Beautiful old stone cottage in a peaceful, idyllic setting! Had everything we needed and was a lovely tranquil escape.

Inchard Cottage is in a wonderful position with spectacular views in a stunning part of the world. Jenny is a fantastic host and her cottage is warm, comfortable and extremely well fitted out. Nothing was too much trouble and we can't wait to return.

Had a brilliant time at Ken's, the cottage had everything you need and the location was perfect for exploring Assynt. Many of the furnishings are dated but this added to the charm of the place. Shower was powerful, Internet was surprisingly fast and bed comfortable. Ken is very friendly and communication is second to none. Would love to visit again!

wir hatten weiter keinen Kontakt zu Gloria, da beim Einchecken alles genau kommuniziert wurde. aber bei Bedarf sicherlich kein Problem, da das Haupthaus gleich neben an ist. sehr schöne geschmackvoll eingerichtete Unterkunft mit super Standort für Ausflüge auf die Insel und Festland.
