Our 420sqft 1 bedroom tiny home can host up to 3 guests, includes 1 queen bed, 1 sleeper sofa, 1 queen air mattress. The interior of the home features a fully stocked kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. Wake up to the sounds of the waves in this ocean front oasis. Home offers 3 levels, each floor offering magnificent views of the ocean and beautiful sunrises. Lg sundeck on 2nd floor perfect for sunbathing. Home has been tastefully decorated and remodeled with all new furniture, fixtures, and much more. Home offers private beach access. Close to Starbucks, many restaurants, ice cream shop and only a 7min drive to Downtown Melbourne. There’s a 2nd unit attached to this property that also rents.

You have access to our pool / floats under side table on porch, (we normally don’t use the pool w/guests), towel/clothes hanger, lay on 1 of 4 loungers. Use of outdoor shower. Possibly you can also watch a space launch (weather permitted) coming over the trees looking north, poolside. No kids! No pets!
