There may be a chance you will share the pool area with other guests or owners. If you have a pet, please inquire before booking. Our Border Collie Jax, can be picky about the friends who visit him. Interested in fishing, diving, or island hopping? We have a boat available to take you out for an additional fee.

The river view retreat is located directly above the garage (1 flight of stairs to enter). 15 miles to cruise ships & NASA/17 miles to cocoa beach. NO PARTIES! This unit offers complete apartment style accommodation is fully private complete with bedroom, living room and mini kitchen. Everything is brand new so you can rest assured your stay will be comfortable. Our kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, microwave and Keurig coffee maker with pods. There is also a pull out in the living room. A level 2 EV Charger is available on the property, please request when booking if you would like to use it.
