I’d definitely say that you’re getting more than you paid for. It totally feels like it’s your own place. Well ventilated floors, there’s AC everywhere. Basic amenities are provided like towels, shampoo, handwashing liquid, dishwasher liquid, napkins, wet wipes, washing detergent, etc. The first time you enter the place you’ll fall in love with it lol. Buay is very responsive, friendly and caring. She’d tell you about transportation convenience. Nearby stores and she left us very tasty fruits too. She has suggestions for everything if you talk to her it’s interesting. The place was clean and beautiful furniture. She let us stay couple more hours because our flight was in evening. She offers to speak with the cab driver in Thai for assistance. Haha, idk if I’m missing out on anything else, but overall it was a really nice experience. I’d definitely come back to this house. The area is peat and calm and 20-25 mins from everywhere. Enjoyyyy kaaaa

Such a great house, beautifully refurbished. The fact that each room has an attached bathroom is great, unlike a lot of places with common bathrooms. We were 9 people (4 couples and 1 single) and the rooms were perfect for us. We spent the first 20 mins just admiring the rooms and the work she's put into it. Well stocked kitchen. Working fridge and AC's. Sizeable living room. Its also very close to some wonderful restaurants. I recommend Sortrel Restaurant(6 minute walk from her house. EXCELLENT place, with live music, open air and really good food) Makro hypermarket is also walkable which is great for home/grocery shopping. All in all, this is a good stay for large groups, be it friends or families. Peaceful residential locality, easy to get cabs, with restaurants and within walking distance.

Nhung and their team were very responsive whenever I had any questions. Finding the apartment was easy, getting in was easy despite arriving in Hanoi very late at night, and the room was clean and comfortable. They offer to arrange cheap taxis to and from the airport which was very helpful. The location is great and you are in walking distance of so many shops, restaurants, things to do, etc. If I were to come back to Hanoi, I would stay here again!

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend und trotzdem erreicht man die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten wie den Königspalast, Wat Pho oder die Khaosan Road gut zu Fuß. Handtücher, Wasser und Snacks wurden vom Vermieter zur Verfügung gestellt und die Zimmer bieten genug Platz, sodass die Unterkunft perfekt für Gruppen bis 7 Personen ist.

This property is located in the western area of Bangkok along the Chao Phraya River, outside the central business district but conveniently close to Bang Sue Grand Station by bus or taxi. Although it is not within walking distance to the MRT, you can easily call a Grab car or taxi to reach the nearest MRT stations with the cheap price. If you would like to experience a shophouse living, Neti’s place is a perfect option for you! The place is super clean and more importantly smells so good and makes it feel like home. Except for a little noisy of nervy construction, at night it is quiet. Highly recommended!

Zeer vriendelijke en snelle ccommunicatie. Alle ruimtes zijn netjes en schoon, het is leuk en speels ingericht. De woning is ruim voor meerdere personen en van alle gemakken voorzien. Voor een leuk centraal gelegen verblijf in hartje Bangkok is dit zeker een aanrader.

The townhouse was spectacular, 4 level townhouse with 1 room on each floor from levels 2-4. A bit if a walk for the higher levels but we really enjoyed this house nonetheless. Everything is very clean and the hosts are extremely kind and even helped us with our ticketing queries for a music festival. Would defo recommend staying here!

Had a great stay at this place, exactly looked like the photos on the listing. The owner was very responsive, she even let our group checked in early which we appreciate so much and recommended us places to go to. Thanks again Miracle for letting us stay at your place even for a short while, the transpo you suggested really helped us not to stressed about getting grab for such a big group like us, thanks to you we made it at the airport on time. Thank you for hosting us. Everything ok as per photos & well secured other than what shared privately which I’m sure it’s isolated case. Only thing the distance to bts is quite far. Quite a long 15/20 mins walk especially in the hot sun. Still have to grab most time. 1 of the bathroom upstairs very hot 🥵 becos of the aircon condenser motor running inside there. It create unhappiness in the air when 1 couple had to stay in that room. So becos of these 2 factors, rate can be cheaper😅. Otherwise the stay Is perfect! Thank you again!

Väldigt fint och rent radhus mitt i smeten i Chinatown! Rekommenderas varmt. Huset är snyggt och prydligt, precis som på bilderna, och allting fungerade perfekt - själv-incheckning med smartlås, hus- och områdesguide på QR-kod på matbordet och smart TV med appar. Vi bodde två vuxna med tre barn och bottenvåningen med vardagsrum och kök var en perfekt samlingsplats för oss. Hus var tyst och ostört samtidigt som vi kunde gå till nattmarknaden på 2 minuter. Armie är en toppenvärd, han verkar ha tänkt på allt och svarar snabbt på frågor.

房間格局是很傳統的泰式家庭房，雖然房子的外觀偏老舊，但內部房間很新也很乾淨整潔，也很喜歡一樓的佈置，很讓人放鬆！距離最近的bts捷運Thong lor站走路約10-15分鐘，但那條路有點不太方便讓行人行走，所以grab bike是很好的選擇！附近環境都是住宅很安靜，鄰近也有7-11走路不用3分鐘很方便，小缺點應該是晚上外面的道路上的水溝容易有蟑螂要注意一下而已，但基本上不影響住宿體驗。鄰近也有很多不錯的咖啡廳，很適合早晨去醒腦或是辦公，也有幾家好吃的店家，十分推薦！有任何問題也會快速回覆！

非常棒的小别墅，干净整洁，居住舒适。地理位置优越，离bts很近，附近很多当地小吃。和房东的沟通也很顺畅，总的来说适合一家人出行居住。

这次一家五口入住，很好的体验，阳台很适合拍照，房子很温馨，三楼的房间还有冰箱，空间也很大。小厨房虽然没有炉灶，但是提供微波炉和厨房用品，可以切水果和喝水。房东热情，回复很及时。

Our recent stay at this Hanoi Airbnb was absolutely fantastic, and I can't recommend it enough, especially for families or larger groups. The prime location was a major highlight. We were right in the heart of the action, making it incredibly easy to explore the city's vibrant streets and attractions. The house itself is a gem – spotlessly clean and exuding a wonderful vintage charm that really added to our Hanoi experience. With 8 bedrooms, it comfortably accommodated our entire family, giving everyone their own space while still allowing for plenty of communal living. One of the best parts was the incredible array of local food options right on our doorstep. We absolutely loved being able to wander out and find amazing bun cha, authentic pho, and countless charming cafes just a stone's throw away. It made immersing ourselves in the local culinary scene effortless and enjoyable. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with any questions we had and offering

Home is beautiful, exactly the way the photos look. Just a little bit smaller than expected but still perfectly fitted our group of 13. Pool was maintained good and was perfect for the hot weather. Meimei was a quick responder! We had a great time.

Very comfortable stay with Jakey and Lala. They were always attentive to my needs and were there to help with anything I needed to. Apartment is just like the pictures, with the hot tub being the key element! Not too far from District 1 and very walkable neighborhood. Had a great time and would definitely stay again!

A bit tucked away, but on a lovely side street close to the train station. Great living room space, and huge bedrooms for lots of guests. Hosts provide great instructions and we'd absolutely stay here again!
