There a lovely front porch with swing that provides amazing sunset views and a beautiful backyard with large covered portico.

The home features 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, & a futon in the living room. Nicely updated & offers all the amenities of home. No fenced yard. House is 10-20 minutes to everything, including the Naval Base, Downtown & Wolfchase area. There is a Ring Doorbell at the front door for safety purposes.
