The Studio: Old Dunsborough.

The Studio is the north wing of our Old Dunsborough home, purpose-built to host couples in comfort and grace. With separate entry and parking, guest independence and privacy are assured. The Studio offers wifi and smart TV for your evening entertainment, or for that weekend retreat. Secure storage for boards and bikes, with mtb trails 100m away. The location is ideal for taking advantage of the attractions and events that Dunsborough, Busselton and the Margaret River Wine Region have to offer.

The Lookout | Sweeping views of Eagle Bay

Perched above the coastline, this private studio offers uninterrupted views across the crystal-clear waters of Eagle Bay. Designed as a quiet, elevated escape, the space unfolds across split levels with high ceilings, a stone electric fireplace, and a seamless connection to the outdoors. From the comfort of the bed or the private deck, the view is ever-present. Immerse yourself in nature as you watch our iconic Highland cattle graze just beyond your window, toast the evening with legendary sunsets, and enjoy unmatched valley views.

The Lookout - 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Loft Apartment

If a place was an exhale, this would be it. The space was created with slow & sustainable living in mind, giving you space to breathe & time to truly switch off. The Lookout sits in an open paddock, with 360 views of farmland. Take it all in from your bathtub or through huge windows that frame views stretching right over the wilds of Wildwood. Inside is a cocooning embrace; it’s the dreamiest sanctuary for two. Unfortunately our property is not set up to host newborns, infants or toddlers.

The little siren studio Gnarabup

The little siren is a self contained studio at the rear of our property. It’s located in a unique little pocket of Margaret River, looking out over Gas bay surf break and the Cape Leeuwin ridge. An adults only ( no babies either sorry), oasis in which to explore the cape, snuggle up & read books or simply spend the night watching stars from your bed. Our bedroom is on a mezzanine level, the bathroom is downstairs, please note that there are multiple stairs on the property.

Meelup Studio

Sit back and relax in this custom built , stylish & private studio. Nestled amongst landscaped gardens , natural forest, abundant wildlife and all within a 3 minute drive to town or beach. Meelup beach !! Wake up to birdsong, walk amongst the forest or just sit on the deck and soak up the peaceful ambience. Very close to a selection of fine wineries , restaurants & breweries with surf, beach, biking and walk trails to top it off. We promise you won't want to leave.

The Tree House Dunsborough - Last Minute June!

The Tree House Dunsborough, by Eden Properties WA, comes fully equipped with everything you need for a holiday Down South, including a spacious kitchen, all linen, a bbq area, deck with ocean views and even gear like bikes, surfboards and fishing rods provided upon request. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, it's a leisurely 15-minute stroll to Old Dunsborough's pristine beaches or a 10-minute bike ride to the shops. The only thing you need to do is unwind!

Ample amounts of natural light filter through the trees with vineyard & farmland views framed by each window. The stunning waterfall window in the bedroom connects the inside with the out, creating a memorable feature & allowing you to sleep under the stars. Please note the cabin is an adults only retreat.

North facing Luxury tiny home on the banks of the Toby inlet. 3 minutes from the centre of Dunsborough by car 10 minutes walk to Palmers winery & a short canoe paddle across the inlet to the beach. Fully equiped with bbq, heated spa & beautiful deck to sit at to watch the amazing sunsets.
