This Victorian gardener's lodge house has recently been refurbished to create an idyllic country escape. Situated just out of town, this pretty country cottage is set within one corner of the main house's walled kitchen garden. Cosy up with a book in front of the log burner, or enjoy a morning coffee in the small cottage garden at the front, with views across arable fields & woodland. Relax with a glass or two on the stone paved terrace at the back of the cottage, the best place for a sundowner.

Countryside Escape in Beautiful Cosy Cottage

Wisteria Cottage is a beautiful four bedroom, listed building, set in an idyllic historic village. Perfect setting for family holiday or for people who enjoy the countryside and glorious walks. Bluewater is close by. Wisteria cottage is great for those wanting a getaway that offers nearby vibrant city as well as beautiful countryside. We have recently modernised the cottage, it’s a brilliant space! We have put a climbing frame in the garden for hours of fun for the little ones. Relax and enjoy.

Countryside Cabin with Private Patio

The Snuggery is a converted outbuilding that has been set up for a cosy stay with a wood burning stove and lots of snuggly wraps to cuddle up in. The open plan interior, high vaulted ceilings and natural oak flooring create an interior which is fun, light and airy. Walking enthusiasts will enjoy walks from the back door straight on to the North Downs Way and there is a bench by the front door fitted with a heated element, perfect for warming up your walking boots. Romantic retreat Countryside

Luxury Shepherds Hut set in acre meadow field with stunning views. High quality luxury linen bedding, fitted bathroom and kitchen, log burner, luxury robes and towels. Fully equipped with everything you could need to make your stay a relaxing one. Outside seating area for eating with BBQ, Fire pit, wood fired hot tub (small charge) and steamer chairs. Set in an AONB with beautiful walks, great pubs serving good food, cycling and our local award winning farm shop. Extras available.

Top floor of Central Rochester home

Tranquil apartment just a 5 minute walk away from the historic high street and its diverse range of restaurants, boutiques, bars and coffee shops, as well as the famed castle and cathedral. A 10 minute walk to Rochester train station with high-speed trains to London in just 36 minutes. This apartment is located on the top floor of our centrally located, historic, family home. You will have the whole of the top floor to yourselves and will share an entrance with the main house.

A rural retreat, near Rochester

An ideal alternative to a hotel, Chantry Cottage offers the flexibility of self catering, where care and attention has gone into providing the perfect stay. Inside the cosy accomodation ancient timbers are paired with twists of antique luxuries and modern influences in which to relax and enjoy. Externally, the private pretty cottage garden is complete with patio furniture, pizza oven, bbq perfect for eating alfresco. For cyclists there’s a shed large enough to store the bikes.
