Die Ferienwohnung (seit Mitte Juli 2020) ist klein, liebevoll und besonders eingerichtet mit lehmverputzten Wänden, handgestrichenen Ziegeln auf dem Fußboden, Lieblingsbildern und -möbeln. Sie grenzt an das Wohnhaus, das wir als Familie mit Kindern auf einem alten Dreiseitenhof bewohnen. Es gibt keine direkten Nachbarn, viel Natur und du kannst in alle Richtungen mit Rad oder PKW schöne Ausflüge machen: Ostsee, Inseln, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburger Seenplatte, Peene, Tollense...

Das offene, lichtdurchflutete Apartment im Dachgeschoss ist ein perfekter Rückzugsort für deinen Aufenthalt in Rostock. Die Lage am Rande des Wohngebiets Rostock-Kassebohm ist außerdem ein guter Ausgangspunkt um mit dem Fahrrad oder öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln die Stadt oder Umgebung zu erkunden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten & Bushaltestelle befinden sich Fußläufig in ca. 5min Entfernung. Das Apartment ist perfekt für alle die nur ein paar Tage oder sogar einige Wochen in der Stadt verbringen wollen.

Neben einem alten Pfarrhaus haben wir ein kleines Nebengelass individuell für uns, für Freunde und Gäste ausgebaut. Manches ist modern, anderes hat noch den Charme vergangener Zeiten. Vieles erscheint uns stimmig, einiges ist noch im Werden. Nix ist also Standard. Was noch nicht von uns bedacht und für Gäste sinnvoll ist, kann meist schnell ergänzt werden. Das Häuschen ist umgeben von einem naturbelassenen Garten an der Ackerkante, liegt also in einem kleinen, landwirtschaftlich aktiven Dorf.

In Schweinrich am motorbootfreien Dranser See liegt das romantische Ferienhaus „Landlust“ mit idyllischem großen Garten, 100 Meter zur Badestelle. Bootshaus mit eigenem Steg. Kanu, Kajaks und Segeljolle (Segelkenntnisse erforderlich) können gemietet werden. In der ersten Reihe, direkt am Plauer See liegt das Ferienhaus „MarthaSee“ mit unverbautem, grandiosen Panoramablick auf den See. In einer Minute sind Sie am oder im Wasser und können den See genießen. Gegenüber dem Grundstück befindet sich ein Streichelzoo für die Kleinsten. In der Nähe kann man Fahrräder, Boote oder Kanus ausleihen. Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. An das Grundstück grenzt der 55 Kilometer lange, oftmals naturbelassene idyllische Rad- u. Uferweg rund um den See.

Das Bauernhaus eignet sich ideal für Familien oder kleine Gruppen. Das Bauernhaus kann auch zusammen mit dem Stallgebäude und Waschhaus gemietet werden.
