Quiet and secluded, surrounded by 28 acres of woods. Perfect for fishermen and recreation. Parking for boat/ trailer. Dock has electric. A canoe is provided. 15-minute boat ride to Clarksville. Launch is 4 miles from property. Private entrance, 2nd floor. No meals served. Over 10 yrs is an extra guest.

TDF Retreat on Kerr Lake

Come enjoy your own space at your own pace, directly on Kerr Lake. Quaint two bdrm/1 bath house on the Lake. 90 minutes from Raleigh or Richmond. This charming home, sleeps five, and is just steps to the dock which you can tie your boat up to. Longwood State Park is the closest boat ramp, and a mere 10 minute boat ride from there. Spend nights watching the sun set and sitting around the firepit making smores. Nonsmoking property. No vehicles on the back lawn. Please review cancellation policy

Barndominium oasis on 22 acres

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars. Enjoy this little one bedroom one bathroom apartment just a short distance from Kerr Lake & Clarkesville. Open the barn doors, grab a beer and enjoy the night fire under the star Happy to host events on the property, just let me know what kind and how many people! Bring your own tents, chairs, tables and have a blast :) Ps. There is no internet available at this time. We do have a lifetime supply of DVDs :) Boats are welcome in the garage!

Lakefront Getaway w/boat ramp & private dock

This lakefront home with water view is the perfect place to enjoy the largest lake in NC/VA. Explore nearby state parks, the town of Clarksville, nearby brewery and restaurants. Located 15 minutes to Clarksville, VA or Henderson, NC. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. The home offers an open view of the lake with use of a private boat ramp and private dock for fishing, swimming or docking watercraft. This lakefront home is the perfect retreat for couples, families and fishermen.

Kerr Lake: cozy, super-cute cabin, w/private lake access in neighborhood less than half mile away. Upstairs bedroom, open LR/kitchenette, one bath, in rural VA. Two-burner cooktop & tiny oven (no dishwasher), plus w&d. King bed, plus a daybed w/pop-up trundle in loft; queen foldout sofa downstairs. Rural satellite wi-fi. Boat parking/fish cleaning station. Fenced in dog-run for well-behaved dog. Hammock, firepit & picnic table lakeside! Front porch for sunset and star viewing!

Lovely Lake Gaston

Lovely 3 bedroom, 3 bath home on Lake Gaston. The waterfront property also has a boat dock and place to dock and tie up your own boat. There is a neighborhood boat ramp.. There are 2 single kayaks, and firepit.. The gourmet kitchen is well equipped with whatever you need. In season, there is an herb garden for guest use. The home is set in a quiet neighborhood that allows privacy. There is extra sleeping space with a queen size air mattress and 2 sofas (not sofa beds)..

Best location on the Lake. Our home offers a lake front view with a private dock. 3 bedroom 2 bath WiFi Outdoor Shower & Fire Pit (firewood provided when available) Blackstone grill and charcoal grill Amazing view of the lake from back porch. Located less than a mile to Ivy Hill Boat Ramp Access. Parking for 4 vehicles and 2 boats 15 minutes to downtown Clarksville for shopping, dining, etc. 30 minutes to Henderson. Washer/Dryer 2 Refrigerators

The Hawk's Nest (Pets welcome, no fee)

This house is surrounded by growth. High trees provide shade while grilling out and the wooded lot gives a feeling of being somewhere much more remote. There are exactly seventy stairs to the water. The dock provides a great place to relax and eat and drink. The water off the dock is 7ft deep, so jump right in. It is possible to tie a boat up to the outside of the dock so feel free to bring your own or rent one from the nearby Marina.
