Runway Cabin: Private Ensuite + Free Flight!

Let's go fly! Book for 2 nights or more and get a free flight around the local area! The cabin boasts a direct view of the private runway. Located at the Pilot Lodge, there is plenty of room for your vehicles, aircraft, etc. Drive in or fly-in! The cabin is located right next to our Boeing 727 airplane lodge where you are welcome to BBQ grill on the wing deck or play some ping pong in the fuselodge! There is also a full washer and dryer in another cabin (just about 75' away from your cabin).

Coho Cabin - Comfortable retreat in nature.

Deshka Landing Charters & Lodge is a 90 minute drive northwest of Anchorage. We are off the beaten path surrounded by the beauty and wildlife of Alaska. A good hub while you explore Central Alaska including: Denali National Park, Matanuska Glacier, Talkeetna and Hatcher Pass. The Coho dry cabin has a mini-fridge, microwave, heater and electricity. All bathrooms/showers are shared and located in the main lodge. Nightly rental of this cabin includes a continental breakfast. More info below

Downtown Portside Hideaway

This newly renovated cottage is in a downtown setting yet out of the bustle of busy city streets. It has a great view of the inlet and port, ands sits above the railyard. The bedroom has a KING size cool foam mattress and full bathroom with shower. On chilly nights enjoy an electric fireplace while cooking in the fully equipped kitchen. The large backyard has a deck with table and chairs, as well as a firepit. There is a desk to work at and high-speed wifi internet, plus a free parking space.

Downtown Historic Attic Suite

This upstairs suite is in an historic 1917 cottage, in downtown Anchorage, and is a rare find! Steps away from restaurants, bars, convention center, bus station, museum, bike trails, parks and pubs. It shares the building with a hair salon on the main level. With a private entrance, it is upstairs under the attic eaves, so the bathroom ceiling is slanted (FYI super tall people!) quality towels & linens, a full-sized pull out sofa bed in the living room, the queen bed is cool gel memory foam!

Quaint stay in heart of Wasilla

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Close to downtown Wasilla and only minutes away from restaurants. Take a 30 min drive to the top of Hatcher’s Pass and visit the Independence Mine and take a scenic drive over to Willow. Take a 1 hr drive to Talkeetna. Or go the opposite direction 1.5 hrs to Matanuska Glacier and take a guided tour out on the glacier! NO SMOKERS please as we live here as well and don’t enjoy the smell of cigarette smoke around our home. Thank you.

Quaint rural cabin near Hatcher Pass

A small cabin built like a studio apartment. Very roomy and homey — quaint, quiet and simple. There’s a garden with fresh greens and herbs for your enjoyment and world class hiking and skiing within 10 minutes. Palmer and Wasilla are 15 minutes away. There’s a large parking area and shed with fun outdoor gear to use, as well as a wood burning cedar sauna. Though we ask that you request/message before using it. Want pets? This is a second story downtown deluxe suite with views of the beautiful Cook Inlet. 2 blocks from the court house, restaurants, art galleries, near the coastal trail. This beautiful top floor apartment has granite counters, wall fireplace, large outdoor deck, soaking tub, and full laundry. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and big groups. Take advantage of fall/winter rates. Visiting family in Anchorage, shopping or medical appointments.

Windflower B and B Daybreak Suite

The Daybreak is a bottom floor suite--all very private and very quiet-- with queen size wall bed that allows extra space during the day, a kitchenette, tub w/ shower, gas fireplace, private deck with gas BBQ, and an enclosed, heated gazebo to enjoy the northern lights. Stunning mountain views at no extra charge. Ample parking and private entrance. Centrally located for points east, west, north or south. This unit is 280 sq. ft. Take that into consideration before booking.

The house is close to Jim Creek Recreational area, many other local trails, a biking path and near several other recreational activities. Come and relax in a private home. The house is located on a hobby farm so make fresh eggs your breakfast while enjoying the spectacular view that Alaska and this home offers.
