Bereits morgens kann man diesen vom Bett aus genießen und den Sonnenaufgang und die ausfahrenden Fischer sehen. Dazu gehört ein traumhafter Garten (2000m2) mit Hängematte und einer riesigen Terrasse unter dem Haus. Hier lässt es sich herrlich im Schatten verweilen oder bei einem der kurzen Regengüsse in den Garten schauen.

O Chalé QUITXIBA, que se ergue na típica e emblemática rua que lhe dá o nome, é um dos poucos edifícios do séc. XIX que ainda resistem naquela zona urbana, mantendo a traça original e alguns dos materiais mais vistosos, como o rico madeirame local. Antiga propriedade de uma família de uma roça de média dimensão, está localizado em pleno centro da frenética capital do país, muito perto do aeroporto e com fácil acesso pedonal a grande parte dos locais icónicos da cidade de S. Tomé.
