We're less than a block from the #311 bus route and half a mile from the #7 bus route.

This is a newly renovated garage turned into a modern and beautiful studio. This space is completely private from the main house, with a private entrance and cozy patio. It can sleep 4 people, although the space would be a little tight for 4 adults. There is a king sized bed, and a sleeper sofa which can be used together as a full sized, or option to separate into 2 twins. Free Wifi, free parking, very close car ride to downtown Austin but in a quiet and safe neighborhood! Please see map!

Our guesthouse was just completed in 2021 and is now ready to welcome you to Austin! We are located in a quiet neighborhood in close proximity (10-15 minutes or less) to many of the iconic Austin attractions. My husband and I live in the main house with our two dogs, Teddy and Rupert.

East Austin Treehouse

This luxury guesthouse was built to feature the beautiful, old growth pecan trees located on the property. The space is like your own private Boutique Hotel with great amenities, and an unbeatable location in a pocket neighborhood near downtown and the lakeside trail. At any given time, you can enjoy views of the local wildlife and native plants. It's a half mile walk from many famous Austin restaurants, coffee shops, breweries and nightlife.

The peaceful private backyard studio is close to everything - downtown, Lady Bird Lake, South Congress, Barton Springs, Zilker Park, Auditorium Shores, Palmer Auditorium, minutes from East Austin. You’ll love the place because of the unique space. Tucked under sprawling Southern Live Oaks trees it has incredible light, a lush queen-sized bed, comfy fold-out leather sofa bed. My place is ideal for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers.
