We are minutes from Walmart, Convenience Stores, University of Pitt @ Bradford, Rock City Park, The National Forest.

The Allegheny Retreat is our home in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is furnished to make long term stays enjoyable for one or two families with children. There are 2 large bedrooms with quality mattresses and linens. A third bedroom has a bunk bed for children. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and another with a tub, which is great for kids. The kitchen is equipped with a quality gas stove and cookware. Or BBQ and relax on the deck with gas grill and outdoor furniture.

Located in the Allegheny National Forest, quiet, private and lots to do. Prime hunting and fishing, snowmobile trails, hiking and boating. Visit the Case/Zippo Museum and the Kinzua Skywalk. Also, the Kinzua Valley Trail is located in Westline which you may hike, bike or just take a carefree walk with ample benches along the way. Fresh spring water is water our cabin runs on! it's clean, crisp and refreshing! Our cabin is available to anyone over the age of 21 and 4 guests maximum.

Alone in the Hemlock Grove. One big studio type loft. Skylights to let the natural light flow. Elevated deck overlooking the pond. Sit and relax while looking at the pond, or go walk through the woods by the creek. Great place to bicycle down the back roads. Restaurants within 10 miles in both Port Allegany or Smethport. Grocery stores are also in both towns. Plenty of area to hike or bike, both on the property or nearby. Scenic RT 6 is the nearest intersection.

Our charming and centrally located home is a short walk from Evergreen park which includes disc golf, pickle ball, corn hole and an amazing children’s area. Or, stroll to Kane’s many shops, eateries and wineries. Up for an adventure? Make time for exploring the trails, bike paths and waterways in the Allegheny National Forest. There are many nearby attractions including Kinzua Bridge, The Sonshine Factory, Bell’s Meat Market and the Kane Family Drive In, to name a few.

We are directly across the street from the Allegheny River, which offers great kayaking, fishing, and swimming opportunities. The town of Port Allegany is 3 miles down the road, so you are not far from stores and restaurants.

The Usonian Cottage at Lynn Hall

Escape to this historic architectural gem nestled into the hillside overlooking the Allegheny River Valley. The Lynn Hall property, including the cottage, are listed on the National Register of Historic Places and are prime examples of early organic modern architecture. Designed and built in the 1930s by Raymond Viner Hall and his father Walter J. Hall, who was the primary builder of Frank Lloyd Wright’s iconic Fallingwater.
