Welcome to The Dockside Dreamhouse! This coastal retreat, featuring 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, is located on the White Chimney River with a private deep water dock. Come enjoy the beautiful south Georgia coast! Catch crab and fish right off the dock, enjoy a cornhole tournament in the backyard, BBQ on the patio while watching the sunset, cozy up around the fire pit, and star gaze! The River Hut

Private Deep Water Dock on the Sapelo River! The main house is approximately 1100 sq ft and features two bedrooms upstairs, each with queen beds and a pull out couch. There is one full bathroom on the upper floor and another on the downstairs level. The 250 sqft “Bunk House” features a twin over full bunk bed, additional full mattress underneath and a futon in classic coastal style. There's a full bath, additional fridge and kitchen sink.

Colquhoun Cottage

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located 3-bedroom 2-bathroom house, which sleeps 9! Pets are welcome with a $25.00 per pet fee, as long as they do not get on the furniture. Plenty of parking for several vehicles and/or one or two boats! Public boat ramp four blocks away. Walking distance to B & J's, Skippers, Oaks on the River, Tabby House, Waterfront Wine and Gourmet, and Marsh Pirate Tap House.
