We have planted grass on all our hillsides this year - these hillsides become fun-packed sledding hills once we have had a decent snowfall or two! so, if you are coming in the winter, pack your sleds!

This is a peaceful place for the whole family. The home is located in the quiet heart of Bancroft and is a short 15-minute drive from the world famous Lava Hot Springs! Amenities include comfortable beds that will sleep up to 7 people, a fully stocked kitchen and open living room. Additionally, we have a fully-fenced back yard with a fun fire pit to roast marshmallows in the summer months as well as a couple hammocks to relax in. Come enjoy our newly renovated 1930 Sage House, located one block from the historic Harkness Hotel. The entire home has been updated, with four bedrooms with a queen bed in each, plus 2.5 bathrooms. The main floor living room is open to the spacious kitchen, with a dining area and bar. Two bedrooms and 1.5 baths finish off the main level. The lower level has two more bedrooms, a bathroom, office and family room. There are two porches, for both sitting and dining.
