Garden block house, first floor bedroom!

Location, Location, Location! House is in the heart of Southwest Center City, in a very safe neighborhood. 10 min. walk to Rittenhouse. Just got renovated. Sleeps 8, 4 bedrooms, 3 double beds and one queen bed. House has 2 full bathrooms, one of them is on the first floor. Please check about pets. There is a charge of $375 as a RETURNABLE security deposit. It will be returned within 7 days of check-out date, unless there is exceeded housekeeping needed or exceeded utility bills had occurred.

You'll absolutely love this beautiful modern and trendy townhome! Renovated perfection with a spacious 2000 sqft with 4 floors consisting of 4 Bedrooms (5 beds) and 2.5 baths! Comfortably sleeps 10 and each bedroom has a walk-in closets! Wonderful outdoor spaces with a bi-level deck off kitchen and huge rooftop decks with plenty of seating. This 150 year old row home positioned on one of East Passyunk's most desirable blocks is a perfect jumping off point for exploring the City of Brotherly Love. Lovingly furnished with plenty of light, you'll feel you've stumbled upon a little jewel box nestled in the city. Beautiful original wood floors with enchanting details. Close to public transportation, shopping, parks, grocery stores and award-winning restaurants in a neighborhood rich with history. Please be aware stairs are very steep.

4 bedrooms and pool in Marlton NJ

My place is close to major highways and shopping, 10 minutes from DIGGERLAND. 30 minutes to Philadelphia Convention Center. Atlantic City - 1 hour away. Neighboring towns are Medford, Mt. Laurel, Cherry Hill and Voorhees. Our house is in a residential neighborhood. It has a large fenced in back yard with an inground pool. There are 4 bedrooms: 1 queen bed master, 1 full bed, 2 twin beds, 1 queen. Owner onsite in private inlaw suite, from main home.
