Guillermo & Nuvia were kind and helpful. I had many questions and they answered all of them. They gave suggestions for places to eat and where to go. The apartment was clean and the views extraordinary. The little pub/cafe down the street was a pleasant find. I would recommend highly!!

I always enjoy staying at Sadir's residence, as Sadir is a wonderful host whose very helpful and responsive. The Airbnb is very clean, the bathroom is spotless and full of amenities, the hot water last for a while in the shower, the building is well kept, and the area is peaceful despite being near the center of Havana.

everything was great, perfect host, Berney was absolutely amazing super helpful and to top it off makes amazing mojitos. the Internet was flawless unlike the other places our friends were staying - we even had some friends come over and remark on the excellent wifi!

Julio was the kindest person ever! So communicative, helpful, responsive, and anytime I needed anything he showed up. He made reservations for me every single night. He recommended location after location. He went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was beautiful and that it was! I recommend him over and over again! His space was so artistic And all the interior designs made me happy. I genuinely feel like words can’t even explain how wonderful of a human he is! Please stay at his location you won’t regret it!

Este alojamiento merece todas las estrellas posibles, la atención, el lugar en sí, su ubicación todo todo estuvo perfecto, caminábamos al Capitolio y al malecón porque todo eres muy cerca, nos vendieron la cena en 10 dólares y el desayuno en 8 dólares, muy deliciosa y variada. Éramos una familia de 19 personas y la atención fue espectacular

Estube una estancia de 17 días con la familia la atención impecable. Personas encantadoras. La casa expectacular con todas las comodidades céntrica y con supermercados. Restaurantes. Cerca. I løpet av våre sytten dager på Cuba bodde vi i Casa Nini i to perioder. Vi trivdes veldig godt!! En god Airbnb opplevelse handler for oss blant annet om å få god og relevant informasjon i forkant og under oppholdet. Det fikk vi her: Både fra Nini i forkant av oppholdet og av Franci under oppholdet. Franci tryllet frem nydelige frokoster og middager. Hun bistod oss med alt vi trengte hjelp til, om det var å organisere skyss, tipse om restauranter og booke bord til å planlegge utflukter og komme med innspill om aktiviteter. I Franci får man en vertinne som balanserer tilgjengelighet og privatliv på mesterlig vis. Men det aller viktigste var nok den gode stemningen hun bidro til. Et opphold på Casa Nini vil berike oppholdet på Cuba. Takterrassen ble brukt mye. Både til måltider og avslapning. Her kunne man trekke seg tilbake samtidig som man kunne sitte på kanten og observere livet nede i gata. Vi må også nevne at vi fikk veldig gode og trygge sjåfører organisert av Casa Nini.

Due to heavy thunderstorms the WiFi went down on the first night, but you can’t control nature. I thought it was a blessing in disguise. We managed to enjoy the house so much more and each other’s company. The staff was amazing. The staff had coffee ready for us in the am before we could even request it. The pool is a very nice touch. The security guard at night helps give no second thoughts, even tho Havana is a very safe city. Would certainly go back. Enjoyed our entire stay!

The apartment is amazing. It has really Cuban vibe. The check in/check out process was very smooth and everyone was friendly and willing to help. Just prepare your self for loud city night as it is in Centro of Habana. We can truly recommend this casa particulare.

Great airbnb! I am in Cuba for the 2nd time and old Airbnb's that I've had can't compare to this one. Also easy to order taxi - just say "Prado y Colon" ;) Pretty central location. Sheets were spotless and smelled really well. Good higiene! Bathrooms with windows and quite comfortable too. Obispo street is 2 mins away on foot. I recommend and would even return. Tip for newcomers: Always get host's Whatsap in advance and get good tips for around town. Enma and Olga were very friendly hosts! Thanks ^_^ NB: Just the steps ;) Too hard to climb after 2-3 Bucanero's! hehe :)

my first visit to Havana. what a fantastic experience with my host Tania and her husband Giuseppe. The welcome and one to one treatment was amazing. so much travel advise. my classic car airport transfer went like clockwork. There was almost communication a I needed advice. I was introduced to the neighbourhood and everyone made me feel welcome, dispite my lack of Spanish! I will be back.

This is the best place that I have stayed in Havana. The apartment was clean, spacious, well decorated and modern. I think it was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The sheets were incredibly soft. The balcony was a beautiful spot to sit to enjoy the sights and sounds of Vedado. Estela, the owner, was amazing to get to know. She is so kind and thoughtful and it is clear that she took great care to make her place hospitable for her guests. I will rent this place every time I'm in Havana. What a find!

I had a wonderful stay at this spacious apartment with an open ocean view from the ninth floor. Ernesto provided comprehensive information for a stay in Cuba and promptly responded to all questions. Upon arrival, I was greeted by his cousin Reina, who made every effort to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible. A pleasant surprise was the additional housekeeping services provided by señora Yamilka, including apartment cleaning, laundry, and preparation of delicious breakfasts with fresh guava juice, served at the small table on the balcony.
