A wonderful place to stay with friends and family. The hospitality was excellent, and everyone was very cooperative. Mr. Ramesh took great care of us and made sure all our needs were met. We had an exceptional 2-night stay at this stunning villa in Wayanad. The location is serene and completely private, with breathtaking views all around. The private pool is beautifully maintained and feels truly luxurious. Though it's a bit remote with limited food options nearby, the fresh and delicious breakfast from the host more than made up for it. Faisal, the caretaker, was outstanding — warm, responsive, and always helpful. There's also a scenic viewpoint close by that's perfect for a morning stroll. If you’re looking for a peaceful, high-end escape surrounded by nature, this villa is a hidden gem. Highly recommend!

Sayooj and Jinsi were a wonderful host to us. Right from helping us with planning our itinerary to guiding us on what’s worth visiting during our stay! The food was amazing and felt right at home. In short, our stay didn’t feel away from home. It was another home, with amazing hospitality. I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming heritage property hosted by the warm and welcoming Sahil and Sobha. Their hospitality was exceptional, and the highlight was undoubtedly the delicious home-cooked meals they prepared with love. The hosts, both talented artists, have beautifully infused their creative essence into the house, making it a true reflection of their personalities. Situated next to serene backwaters, the property offers breathtaking views of the sunrise in the morning—a perfect start to the day. Adding to the charm is a swimming pool on the premises, surrounded by lush greenery, coconut trees, vibrant plants, and a picturesque fountain. The heritage elements in the décor were captivating, making the stay an unforgettable blend of tradition, art, and nature. Highly recommended for anyone seeking tranquility and authentic experiences.

It's such a beautiful property and a perfect getaway from the city hustle. Waking up to such a breathtaking view. The food was AMAZING no complaints there, they provide both veg and non veg food. The property is beautiful, we took a morning walk in the coffee estate they also have a friendly pet dog putta who accompanied us to the morning walk. We were 3 girls and it's a safe property even if it's just a group of girls travelling. They also provide rental taxi contact details if you don't have your own vehicle. I would highly recommend this place to friends group or families too!

From the start, Kenith was really helpful in guiding even the smallest things. The place was hygienic and exactly like how it's listed. Kenith picked up our calls whenever we called and made us feel comfortable as well. Totally will suggest this place!

The villa is tucked away in a quiet place away from the bustling town. It was the perfect cozy home for us, looking to escape the city in search of some peace and quiet. The host, Simran, and her parents, are very welcoming and very giving, making it very easy to get comfortable. Definitely a must for couples or families looking for a good vacation homestay!

This place is peaceful and beautiful. If you are looking to spend sometime with nature, this is the place. I went there with my husband and my toddler. We spend such good time in the garden. Had a quiet quality time with my family. The house was well organised with all necessities including kitchen accessories. Washrooms were clean, bedrooms had sufficient light and the garden was beautiful. Will visit again :) Thanks a lot to Ayoob and Ahmed for being so approachable and helpful.
